What he is saying is what I said awhile back about this when V3.0.1 debuted.
The hybrid track has the ultrasonic booming out super loud, and the masked is like -20db LESS than the ultrasonic. So you either, get headaches and ear aches or hearing damage from the ultrasonic so super loud, or you lower it to the point the ultrasonic is manageable, but you worry the masked part is too low and not doing anything. Mine for example lists the ultrasonic at -30db, but the masked at -50db. MASSIVE difference, and always makes me concerned it's too low to be effective at that point.
