How well does AM cover self esteem?

I know AM kind of does a all in one from my previous run but I wonder how it stands up against Extreme self esteem and LTU in terms of that aspect alone. For me in particular this aspect has held me back in almost every way.

AM and ESE work in two different ways.

ESE is a train going for the goal. AM is a thousand snipers shooting in a semicircle, and their bullets all cross paths at the center.

Which one is better for self esteem? AM. Hands down. Why? Because self esteem is tied into a lot of factors, many of which AM deals with directly, while ESE does not.

That's not to say ESE is a bad program, or doesn't work. But it's like comparing a biplane to an SR-71 Blackbird. One takes a lot more variables into account, and is a lot more powerful overall.

ESE is good for a focused effort, and in the shorter term. Less expensive, less time required. AM is more expensive, takes longer, but does a more complete and thorough job because of all the aspects it touches on.

LTU is more threads, and does help with self esteem in some ways ESE doesn't help with, but it isn't as focused on self confidence/respect/esteem as either of the other two are.

All of that makes plenty of sense (except with AF in Laura and my cases.)

So it's a GOOD thing I'm planning to use all three programs at various points in my present long-term program, as well as possibly re-use ASC.
