Hello everyone!
I just started to use the free subliminals of EPRHA yesterday. It was recommended to me to use it and I truly believe it works. I Hope this will help me to get fast back on track after a break up with my boyfriend.

 Actually I have been reading through her diary already and It helps a lot to see how other people's experience are with the subs. Do you know how much time per day/ average is recommended to listen to the subs? Should I increase/decrease in time or just try to remain the same? I know it is not recommended to listen to more than 21 hr per day but will I get faster results if I maximize the usage?

It depends on the person, from what I have read for 5G, the average listening is 12H, then people get more exhausted. Try until you find the right spot for you. I listen 10h, sometimes 12H, I feel better thought with 10H. Some guys here have listen 16H a day, I wouldn't do it because I think it's too much and the brain need some rest to process the data. But nothing prevent you to do it, maybe it's better for some people.
The minimum is 8H/day. For a single stage like EPHRA you can change usage time whenever you want because it's not like the multi stage where you are forced to listen to the same amount per stage. Are you going to start a thread to talk about your journey with EPHRA?

Don't think you get better results if you do more than 21 hours/day. Your brain needs also a break to process the information. Just follow Shannons instructions and you will get great results.
