Have fun with ASC! Stick with it for 32 days at 8 hrs minimum at least! Avoid using two tracks of any kind simultaneously.
It should be okay if you were to listen to the trickling stream and ocean surf tracks back to back though. It's not typically done, but it should fine as long as you play one at a time.
Personally, I feel using the ultrasonic and one of the masked tracks is the best way to go. Masked hits a lighter level of the subconsiouc, while the ultrasonic goes deeper.
