Balance is one of the qualities of the law of cause and effect. For every action the universe seeks ba lance by creating and equal and opposite reaction.

So how do you explain rich people? No balance there.

Law of Reciprocity which is a Sub law of the law of Cause and effect. You reap what you sow. How they made their wealth doesn't matter but at the end you will reap a harvest is other lives if you cheated and lied to get abundance. If you were honest you will increase greatly in other lives. That's why some people are born rich. You must understand that the universe doesn't attain balance in an instant. In your definition of balance then you think everyone should be the same. That is not how balance works. The Sun has more mass than all of the planets in the solar system but it cannot support life. Jupiter has the largest mass of all the planets of the solar system but it doesn't have the mass of the inner planets. The universe seeks balance but it is not in balance.
