Girls keep saying I'm scary

Usually when a woman describes a skinny glasses wearing guy as "scary", it means he is giving signals that are mixed. He's telling her with his signals and actions and body language that he is wanting sex, but is trying to hide it. He is afraid of something about expressing his genuine desires or intentions and the underlying desire is then percieves as making him potentially dangerous.

Shannon The two recent times this has happened I was asserting myself and the other I wasn't trying to ****, nor did I see her in that way.

Some t the desire are hidden so deep that even we may not know that and we get use to it.. But others arnt and so they can see it...

Do you truly believe that? I don't, I notice people tend to make assumptions a little to easily. And blindly. This isn't a jab to you, just an observation of how off they tend to be at trying tell you what you're going to say or how you think in person.

Yeah darkness I think when you speak you're articulating and communicating how you feel but when silent everything is up to interpretation. You could be about to abandone the conversation and no one wants that they just want to be close. So the better you are at communicating essence of your feelings the more well rounded you'll be I deal with the same challenges

Today with milf she made a crack at me saying I would cry for some reason. I was like "yeah... I totally would..." she laughed. I was like "I'd cry and run away..." she laughed more "and hide under the bed"

That also depends on which vibe you're giving off. If you're lighthearted and funny - No problem.
But if you look dead serious and your vibe is a bit "off", hell you could end up in prison LOL

Come on brother thats harsh we dont know Darkness that well. I dont think sending him to prison is the remedy. He might be an escaped convict, he might well be a cannibal. There again he could well be a respected member of society.

Bring out the humanity in yourself and this will not be a problem anymore, realize that you are two people talking, and not just a guy and a girl. Forget the dynamics for a moment and everything about how to act to produce some kind of outcome. Take a moment and live from your heart.

Fear can come from things/conversations feeling artificial, when we no longer can trust our feelings. It's basically a case of not trusting the other person with your own emotions, raising a number of questions.

- What is the other person on the other side want?
- Have he some kind of agenda?
- Will he try to use my emotions against me?
- Is he trying to figure me out, and why is he doing so?

When we relax, we act naturally and enjoy things as they come, rather than seek out an agenda and from the trust can be built. Silence then don't raise questions, but is a natural silence, where we don't have to worry about what the other person is thinking, it's just a pause in the conversation. Try asking questions from a place of genuine interest, you don't have to become soulmates with the other person, but get to know them better. What are their favorite movies? What kind of food do they like?

Been thinking about this issue during the last couple days, not being satisfied with actionable recommendations in the previous post, so here it comes, but first a background to my reasoning:

- Things in your life become easier when you are in contact with your own emotions. If we can use that as a fact things become much easier to discuss, so lets do that.

"Being in contact with your emotions" is basically being in contact with your emotional self. Exploring what you like in terms of music, food, hobbies, sports naming example of activities. Exploring things and enjoying them for no reason is using your emotions. You don't have to explain to anyone why you like it, you just do. And then you build from that, you find more things you enjoy doing and soon you start to understand what things make you feel good, and what don't, being a continuous journey toward well-being.

When you know how "feeling good" feels, you can then use this as a compass for the daily life, and even if you are with people you don't are a great fan of, or doing stuff you don't fully enjoy like doing your favorite thing, you can still enjoy yourself because you have fostered that compass that guide you to "be" in a state where things don't put you down that easily.

When that being figured out, you now know how to enjoy yourself where you are and see the silver lining in things. You also know what you feel particularly good about doing. The question then, are you ready to do the changes in your life towards changing job to what you would like to try out? Explore new people? Go after something that you risk not getting?

I worked in customer service on the phone and I had a client tell me that when I get quiet it causes him ( cause it was a guy ) anxiety. So yeah, us quiet people, unfortunately, make people uncomfortable.

We can overcome that but it will take some work. I dont know why it make him uncomfortable and I dont care. All I know is I want to overcome it.
