The emotional core personality basically is primarily focused through the emotions and feelings. They tend to be easily influenced by their surroundings and use their feelings to make sense of the world around them instead of logic or reason. They are one of two personality types that can be very quickly and easily influenced by subliminals. The other is the passionate personality type.
I can't think of much to suggest for pushing things along, other than follow the directions. It will take time, regardless of what you do. The program will make the changes for you, but it never hurts to strive for them on a conscious level as well.
