Good progress, some interesting dreams. Areas of trauma get triggered during the healing process at times which results in the generation of various types of negative affect, but this usually passes over time (or I re-direct it towards parties responsible, so to speak. Personally, I'm hoping for a karmic shitstorm of epic proportions, it's about time, really).

Day 21/62 continued

So now I'm reading the companion tome to the above one, called "Traumatic Narcissism and Recovery: Leaving the Prison of Shame and Fear" and it's really, really good. I loved the first one and I'll be following up on some of the references and concepts.

I'm kinda half-tempted to write David Shaw some fan-mail and try to sell him on my concept that we are entering/have entered the age of mass psychosis - based on the predominant mode of governance and interpersonal relations being (trauma-inducing) narcissisim/sado-masochism, and due to the ever-expanding proliferation of widespread disavowal in action - based on Alenka Zupancic's Lacanian approach outlined in her book "Disavowal" - inspired somewhat by the Reichian analysis of mass neurosis in the III Reich just prior to the eruption of World War 2.

I also had some really interesting dreams last night.

Healin' on, definite progres being made. Some changes to Wonky Sensations TM. A lot of very good insight goin' on as well.

I'm also very happy because I'm back to losing weight and am now at 93 kgs, and quite effectively bodymorphing into a really fine piece of man-ass which makes me feel good about myself.

Day 23/62

Good progress yesterday. I experiened some pain, some "ouch" and some "ooph" in damaged areas, and then it passed and the damaged areas are now wonkying it up differently. This could take some doing, but it is happening.

It's like layers upon layers of defenses are getting healed up, and then the more healed-up layers are joining the healing process, step by step. Fun stuff.

Well, not really fun per se, but interesting.
