I was about 30 minutes into the first loop and the player just stopped. Not paused, just stopped. So I had to restart the loops. Not sure if that was due to an automatic app update or something, but annoying nevertheless.

Can't remember my dreams, because the alarm seems to wipe them out of my head almost immediately.

Not feeling anything much from the sub so far.

My cold is on the way out, so hopefully today or tomorrow will see the end of it and I can start to feel human again.

My cold is still in full swing, despite teasing me that it was getting better.

Something might be changing with regard to the porn/fapping situation. Not sure what yet. I've been watching way more for the past couple of days, but that feels like it might be a reversal resistance thing, or possibly just an increased focus on sex.

The desire to fap is lessening, but I'm very conscious of my crown jewels at all times at the moment. Haven't shot my load in three days and there's pressure.

It doesn't feel like the sub has kicked in at all yet in any substantial way, but given that none of the other versions have worked yet, I'm feeling slightly more optimistic about this one.

Same here USLM is helping with Nofap alot. I went 4 days, 4 days then 5days and fapped. I hope to reach a week. I think with FRM and USLM nofap is kinda easier. Trying to reach for a week.
