Sorry, didn't get the joke. And I'm not mad that DMSI was released just before midnight ET. I'm glad that it came out and will be happy to provide you with data since I have been a heavy resister since 3.1.

Did 5 loops last night of TS hybrid over my sleep-phones. Didn't notice anything while listening. Had a mildly sexual dream that I can't recall.

No fapping today, probably due to the horrible cold I have, and lack of opportunity!

Feels like a compulsion more than anything. In my head, I am releasing 'unwanted' sexual pressure. I can't remember which now, but on a previous release or two of DMSI, the fapping just stopped for the most part. I'd like to get back to that.

Again, 5 loops TS hybrid over sleep phones last night. I still have this cold, so not feeling very sexy. Can't remember my dreams. I will try to make a couple of notes about my dreams when I wake up - it seems worthy of some effort to understand what is going on in my subconscious.

I have noticed that I have a slight bit of imposter syndrome going on - the fear that women will discover that I'm not actually sexy really. In other words, it feels like I'm putting on a front, but I don't yet have the inner confidence to believe it.

I have tried to work out what fears I have that might be holding me back. The best I can come up with is that I have some shame around sexuality. It feels like something that should be hidden away.

Oddly I have no issue talking about sex, but that feels a bit like 'front'.

I have a fear that if I'm exuding sexuality, then I'm suggesting that I'm cheating on my gf and will be judged by her. I've always had to keep any flirting or just genuine connection with other women hidden from her because she gets very upset by it immediately. It's been like that for 20 years.

The hype for 3.2 was you guys. That's why you guys didn't know it was even coming until I was done with it this time. And nothing delivers if you ignore the instructions. "I see it's 5 loops per day. I will now do 1 or 2. I wonder if that will affect performance?"

I always start with the best of intentions, but then talk myself out of it as soon as the libido kicks in.

In my line of work, we very quickly learn that willpower is the absolute least dependable way of making changes. It's always at its weakest when you need it to be at its strongest.
