Day 1 - 7/2/2016
v2.1 is released as I got home from work. Downloaded it and was reluctant to begin, I have a yearly physical exam on July 7th and was concerned the energy flooding would affect my vitals. I took my blood pressure reading, did one loop and had the same blood pressure after I finished the loop.
My other concern I had was the energy flooding would stop me from falling asleep. I had no issue falling asleep quickly after one loop.
Dream: I dreamt that I relied on public transportation to get around my area. (IRL-I drive a car) In the dream I scheduled a doctor's appointment for my mom and I received an automated phone call telling me to please choose from one of the doctor's thirty locations. The rest of the dream I was trying to figure out where these thirty locations were and which bus route would be the best way to get to the location I made the appointment with. -- End of dream.
When I went to work, I decided to listen to five loops. (This is before Shannon ran the models). On the second loop, I felt the sensation that of a headache on my left front side of my head. I noticed it wasn't hurting and the best way I can describe how it felt was like ants running around on your legs or arms, except this was inside that left front side of my head. By the time the third loop started this sensation was gone.
I took a nap when I got home from work and when I woke up I had wood. Went out and had lunch with my Mom. Plenty of women, I didn't find any to be my type and I saw no reaction from them. Which is fine with me. I don't want unwanted attention!!
