It was quite helpful. There were a couple things I missed cause I didn't refer back (my memory is still fuzzy post-covid).
Didn't you have the 'menu' of what was turned on and off as part of that, though?
Maybe I'm confusing it with previous versions...
I am going to run an ASRB cycle of DMSI 3.5 again (just for me, during the day) and taper down my androgen supplementation as the instructions suggest.
