Day 21 - My IDGAF is back and fairly strong this afternoon but anxiety was high this morning. I'm not normally a high anxiety person at all. I've done everything I can think of to get it back to normal. I've tried running my loops at night instead of morning. Moving my morning workouts to the evening. No help whatsoever. Hopefully it's just a phase. I seem to be fine in the afternoon.
Day 22 - Worked out this morning. I just can't stick to afternoon workouts. I had a great workout and no anxiety this morning but this afternoon it was back with with a vengeance. It must be my subconscious working through some healing idk. I've never been an anxious person really ever before and have nothing to be consciously anxious about. It is derailing DMSI results though. Once the anxiety creeps in I go straight from IOI's to getting ghosted by the same chicks. I'm banking on it being healing I need to work through and am just going to keep plugging away with A. I wanted to switch to B at 32 days but am no where near executing the script at present time.
