Can I subliminals from speakers underneath my bed?

Typically I play from my computer. I don't want to leave my computer and the speakers on all night long.

I'm considering purchasing a different set of speakers to place under my bed, with an old ipod I have. These will run 24/7 as opposed to my computer + 5.1 speakers.

Will it work?

Simple logic my friend. If they meet requirements and are loud enough to fill the room you should be fine. Typically ones near head level work better.
