Yesterday, my son told her that she is "beautiful." She, of course, was elated. She then lamented that I must think she's not attractive (or something to that effect) because I don't tell her she's beautiful like my son does.

I thought I did, but perhaps not often enough. Apparently, she doesn't feel like she's attractive enough for me.  If I can figure anything else out, I'll let you know.

Have you by chance read "The 5 Languages of Love"?  That may help.

I always thought she was Acts of Service/Kindness...  I guess I'll have to look into it more. 

I got mine last night - Physical Touch. Yay. But, not until I spent all day building her up to it. Even at the end of the day, she put herself to bed and pulled up the sheets, acting oblivious. I ended up having to ask directly. She didn't say no, but acted like it was a major inconvenience (because she had to wake early for work). Anyway, once in a month... Not good. Let's see how the next month goes.

Day 8 of Cycle 3 - Hybrid FLAC

It's tough to gauge what's going on.  Thanks, Naturalizer!    I had one day this week where I didn't want to run my loops that night (Day 5, methinks), but I did it anyway.

My wife has thin skin these days, very much like the 2.x series.  She's sensitive to my words, actions, and if I'm not giving her enough positive attention.  Right now she's stuck on, "All I am is a paycheck to you."  Undeserved commentary, and belief on her part. She also has said, "I know you don't like me," multiple times. That must be an insecurity of hers.  I could come back with, "All I am is a glorified nanny, dishwasher, and lawn boy to you."  But, I know that's not true.  Must be that her perceived value of me has increased, and she's not feeling good enough?  Anyway, I have been using words of affirmation to help out, but she continues to negate them and pout.

Had sex once, because I insisted.  I think I already reported that.  None since.  I don't feel like workin' for it, anyway.  Since I haven't had sex, the sexual energy buildup becomes intolerable enough to have to take care of it every few days - but no porn.  So, no interest in porn (or very little), little interest in alcohol or coffee.  Still drink diet soda like crazy, though.

When I see a woman I'm attracted to, I feel energy buzzing in the soles of my feet and through my shins.  Hot flashes have minimized to a rare occurrence.

Respect hits are still happening regularly.  I also catch women peeking at me, from the corner of their eye.  None have made excuses to approach or open me, however.

Fear, in general, seems to be down (when I think about it).  I deal with bouts of little interest or motivation to go out, exercise, or eat right - but these things seem to be turning around little by little.

For fun, I used a pendulum to dowse how many loops would be best for me, as well as days on and off.  It confirmed 4 loops per day, but suggested 9 days consecutively on, and then 4 days off.  Very close to Shannon's models.  @Shannon let me know if you want me to make the chance into adding an extra day on the next cycle.  Thankfully, it's only one variable.

We're only a month into this.  Some past versions only tested for this long or less (AOSI, 2.x branch, 3.3.0), a few months (3.0.1), others for much much longer (3.1/3.2).  3.1 didn't start getting better for something like 3 months.  Anyway, peeps, be a little more patient with this one and give it a chance to do whatever it's doing under-the-hood.

Day 3 of Bloom

Last night, went to dinner after the kids finished trick-or-treating.  There was a table of 4 teenage girls - of "legal" age, as they were there without their parents (and so must be able to drive).  May or may not have been 18.  They were attractive - but one in particular caught my eye.  They were in my line-of-sight the entire meal.  I couldn't help but look.  I noticed that in short order her hand went into her lap, directly over her crotch, and stayed there.  Under the table, I also noticed her feet shift direction toward me, and then tilt so that her soles were exposed to me.  That's when the quick glances my direction began.  She and her friend next to her both exposed their wrist toward me, and kept them exposed.

Meanwhile, our food was served by a waitress who was not our server.  When I glanced up, I was shocked to see she was gorgeous (also younger), and simultaneously, she flashed her eyebrows at me.  Seems she was surprised in equal measure - in a good way, of course.  

Something's happening, and my wife noticed.  She was no doubt curious what had my attention.  She never said anything, and her attitude has been fine.  In fact, she's been a chatterbox this morning, seeking attention.  

Oh yeah - my son's preschool teacher (who was dressed up as Wonder Woman yesterday, ho mama!) went out of her way to get my attention today when I picked him up.  She started saying something to me from over 8 feet away, so I had to move closer and ask her to repeat herself.  It was a comment that was totally unnecessary - something you'd say just to have an excuse to talk to someone you're interested in...or maybe I'm just painting it that way.  But, a pattern seems to be emerging, so I doubt that.  

Huh, and I haven't even eaten yet today.

Day 5, Cycle 4  Hybrid Trickling Stream FLAC (been listening on speakers while my wife has been out-of-town, and forgot to get the volume via Frequensee - but using a moderate volume that is comfortable)

All IOIs in public seemed to have disappeared.  Back to FRM and processing.  Yesterday, I lamented this, not being happy with the rate of apparent progress.  Then today, as I was at my son's preschool dropping him off, surrounded by really good looking women, I let go.  No forced thoughts about attracting anyone, let go of the desire for validation, don't look for it.  I think and feel like there's way too much conscious interference going on - too much looking for external signs that the aura is doing something, instead of just going on with my day and allowing whatever happens to happen w/out constant observation and analysis, conscious BS like "Oh, she's hot, she should be reacting," etc. and then even trying to force the aura to do something.

Perhaps this is just my issue, and related to a specific fear that needs removal.  Maybe this realization today is proof that particular fear is being worked on, or removed.

Anyone else too in-their-head while using DMSI?

Pretty quick turnaround - I wonder what fear response comes next. Today, I'm feeling great - confident, relaxed, abundant. When I've observed women today and see someone attractive, it's a feeling of admiration, rather than of "lack" and needy desire.

I think it's a fear of the consequences to a threat to your marriage. As it should be.
