So after 4 days of research and sign up in every website possible I found a website that sells Bitcoin anonymously.
There is a lot of reviews out there that tells you this website is anonymous and doesn't ask ID. But most of those reviews are either lying or out of date.
This one unlike Bitpanda can verify my phone number.
