If the program is a subliminal or hypnosis, refer to the FAQ section and read the stickied thread titled "How NOT to use subliminals".
Beyond that... it will not interfere with you receiving the input from the subliminal. It's own script may or may not conflict in some way with the subliminal script. I have no way of knowing, so I advise caution.
