Don't give up just yet. For special cases like this I'm quite sure Shannon would be more than happy to talk with you and figure out a solution. This man is a perfectionist, and believe me when I say he WILL find a way for the program to work the way he intends. Bare in mind, that he is working hard to get AM6.0 released by next week so he might not get to you right this instance, but he WILL get with you as soon as he can.
Could you also tell us how many hours you listened to the program daily and whether or not you used headphones? I know that in the grand scheme of things the program *should/does* work regardless but the time to see results when using headphones is reduced greatly in my experience. Its definitely been well over 32 days so you definitely should have seen something by now.
