DAYS 12 - 13
It seems like there aren't as many (placebo) alpha male inducements anymore, probably I had that happening to me because of the excitement. However, saying 'aren't ... anymore' it's wrong. I still feel like I'm evolving towards this type of being an alpha male and surely I will notice what this sub is about starting from stage 2 and so on..
But I want to report that the 'thing' is happening to me again, as it did in the Life Tune Up sub. And that thing, is about becoming a 'health freak' again. Well freak sounds too bad, but let's simply say that I started again to think constantly about my health - more exactly, in nutritional terms and not only, and how much it affects my mood, energy, productivity and as well as the motivation to enter and mantain myself in that state of flow that I love being into.
It's not a coincidence that all these thoughts came up to me again these days, the stage 1 def. has something to do with this. And to be more exactly, I'm going to go to the dentist for a routine check up (otherwise I would've delay that), I am also (and nearly like an impulse buy) paying for a food intolerance test (something like the york test) - not to confuse with the food alergy test. It's expensive as f***, but it totally worth it if you get to interest how MUCH it can benefit you to know what ailments to avoid, and for that.. well, do your own research.
I also ordered some Korean Red Ginseng, that I will mix with Tribulus and Rhodiola. As I love traditional (alternative) medicine, these plants are in a perfect synergy for great mood, motivation and desire to do things, energy, natural increase of testosterone (tribulus) and a lot of other benefits (google: their name + benefits). And I'm not taking them just like that, I read a lot and also talked with qualified specialized people in trad. medicine.
I'm slowly slowly building up a better diet, in other words, I'm trying to eat more healthy and to have a minimum of 3 meals per day. Also, will hit the gym again real soon.
PS This is my journey and I make this thread however I want. If I want to write a roman in here, I will; if you don't like to read that much, check other journeys then
