AOS and BIATBW

I have searched around for an answer for this but it's still not clear to me. I want to know if I can use AOS with BIATBW since AOS is type B but BIATBW is B/D. I have read how they compliment each other but if so how often is best to listen to each. I thought one for 8 hours overnight and the other for 4 hours the following day. I wouldn't be able to give more time so would that be enough? If there is a better way then let me know.

You can use both, but best option is to divide time equally. Try to get at least 7-8h on each, because 4h is too low to see a noticeable difference.
