I broke it off with the girl I went on 7 dates with. She had reservations and wasn't willing to commit to exclusively dating.

I'm not motivated to do anything. This always happens on the healing subs. It sucks. I'm peaceful, but then I'm not productive at all.

One more month to go. I'll gladly be done with stage 0 by then.

Sorry to hear about that; it's hard when you thought it would gear up toward something. At the start, both parties might not feel fully obligated towards each other.

Stage 0 benefits so far:

got an alternative coffee called Nandaka as an energy booster because I'm caffeine-sensitive.
got a couch
cooking food by buying an air fryer for tofu and veggies
got coconut water for energy
better protein taste and satiety through a plant based protein called Truvani. I'm vegetarian.
hired movers for my upcoming move and will pack boxes the weekend before.
getting thyroid levels checked on Tuesday to see if I need thyroid medication
getting a new bougie apartment/lease
exercising through macrofactor workouts, the app, for weightlifting.

as much as I love to heal, I dislike the healing subliminals for one reason. I'm apathetic and low energy on them. I sleep a fuck ton and don't do shit with my life and see everything as pointless. Can't wait for stage 1.

I'm on day 4 stage 1 of AAMTS v7. Finally finished my 4 months.

I've been getting my motivation back. All the things I wanted to focus on I can finally do something about. I lifted weights at the gym, did some squats. I watched anime and wasn't too lazy to do it. I watched a couple of short videos on Rust and hopefully my concentration and length of study improves here on out. Otherwise, I will have to change professions lol. Must achieve my Rust goals. I read on my kindle last night a fantasy book. I haven't been able to read in ages and actually enjoy it with focus. All I've been doing is reading webtoons for the past 4 months and going to work. Now, I can pursue Rust and project management if rust doesn't work out.

I used to feel like a fluffy pillow everyday and slept in bed. The sick bed hospital analogy that Shannon uses is also apt for how I felt. I literally did as little as possible for 4 months.

Glad I'm finally on stage 1.

I've been socializing too. got a date coming up in a week, though I don't think it'll go anywhere, so no expectations. I'm either dissatisfied or the other person is.

So an update, I went to the gym 3 times this week and I wasn't tired, what a drastic change from stage 0 and the healing subliminals.

I've also got a date coming up at the end of the weekend. She's really pretty so I'm looking forward to it. Stage 1 has definitely changed my vibe. How do I explain it? I've got more energy, motivation, I'm getting shit done, I'm studying rust a little bit more everyday and it's not a drag or tiring or boring. I did my first while loop function and showed my brother lol, got a long way to go but it felt good to see the code run. Rust is is very conceptually dense but I'm learning bit by bit.

I foresee myself getting in great shape because of my discipline so I'm very happy about that. I have a good job too! I'm not passive and I speak up a little more. I had to tell a friend to shut up yesterday for being rude. If this is stage 1, I can't wait until I get through the whole stage.

Today's a good day other than the girl that I like is trying to decide whether she wants to go out with me or another guy. The cycle repeats. Getting a beautiful girl seems impossible. At least one that I like as beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I might try to pursue some Rust today. I got Spotify again and stopped YouTube premium lol for better music.

It always feels like the same outcome. I guess I'm seriously lacking in something. Might as well just pursue my hobbies. Maybe I'll find someone when I'm 50... I've begun to realize that girls are very unreliable. In dating and friendship. Only my boys will ever have my back.

The key is, if she is really interested, you won't have competition.  You should ALWAYS choose self respect over anything else.  Believe it or not, that in itself makes you a higher status, higher quality and higher value man.  And that means you're more interesting, and more in demand.  A man who chooses self respect over a woman, or the possibility of sex, will ALWAYS get the kind of attention from women that men crave.  You have to know when - and why - to say "no".  No is the most powerful word in the world, and women learn this quickly, which is why most men pursue.

Self respect is one of the Primary Keys to actually being an Ascendant Alpha Male.

Why else would she get angry?  If she was really interested, she'd have felt more desire for you at the thought of losing you.  Anger is usually a response to losing control.

Thank you for pointing that out, Shannon. It's tough to figure out what's on a girl's mind. I've been on so many 1st dates that never really convert to something long term or even a second date. It's ridiculous how stuck-up some of these women are because they have so much choice and have been validated on the dating apps so much.

Honestly, the only beacon of light that I see to getting an attractive girlfriend is making money, getting fit by lifting weights and walking, eating healthy, having hobbies of my own like introverted hobbies such as reading webtoons or extroverted hobbies like pickleball and volleyball. Girls only want to date up while guys will date down to find a partner. I refuse to accept that I'm one of those guys. I'd rather be alone and live a good life than not have an attractive girlfriend. I've worked hard in life and have had my fair share of hardship, so why accept less?

I will say these subliminals are my hope as well.

Wow, just had a 3 hour FaceTime with a girl from another state. It was a great conversation. I plan on visiting that state and her there while I'm exploring the lifestyle there. This seems like it has potential. I paused Hinge and Bumble, and will just go with the flow with her because she's serious about finding her person too and seems way less unable to make choices about who she wants to date and more honest with herself and who she wants to date. She doesn't have choice paralysis, so I see potential here, and she's not outright disrespecting me by saying she's choosing between another guy and me. She's going with the flow, and assessing each feeling/experience she has with me and reflecting on it. I feel good about this girl.

I did not expect anything from this conversation and expected it to end in a dead end lol so I'm glad there's potential here given that I'm already going to visit that state in a few months to see if I want to live there. Maybe there's hope for me yet and a potential relationship on the horizon.
