What exactly do you hope to achieve with this fourth run of AM? I saw your SM journal and you described many interesting interactions with girls, short but interesting.

All I want with AM runs is solidifying all bulletpoints and outcomes. My life personal self development expectations is very close to that bulletpoints, so I guess I keep listening this until a new version came out or something came out which is a better fit with updated generation.
I believe there is a point which even auras will be solid if you keep listening the sub.
btw I didnt get much from SM. Sure will try later after I got my shit together as I want.

stage 2 day 32

today I went to an office to see my friend and at the entrance you have to write your name and sign there, when I came to the front door, there was a girl in front of me, I didn't look her. After a few hours later I went to outside for a little break, she was there, I went back to the office an hour later I saw my linkedin profile and saw that girl, she checked me on the linkedin.
This kind of things happened for a few times 1-2. but was way too long time ago. I can talk to her easily if I want to which I will if I see her again.

stage 3 day 27

I can see a few girl around me showing openness to me, speaking closely asking more questions etc. I mostly think this is a consequence of me getting body fat under 15. Maybe lesser Idk it was a month ago last calculation. I always saw myself as a fat, pot-bellied, guy, my belly was always soft like a woman, and I was tired of this because I was shaming myself.

Never thought that someday I can see my abs clearly. My goal is to reach %10 body fat and stay there until die. It is not a hard thing to do just takes some practice. I will take a bf calculation tomorrow via gym. (foot-to-foot impedance method) not very accurate but close.

a few dreams, btw I use AM like fire and forgot and many things in my life, (life views mostly) has changed tremendously although I never realized them like they were already the way they must be.

Next run will be stage 7 and after that probably will focus some sexual staff, mostly SM3 since I only used it once.
maybe new OGSF or OF.
