Use it according to the directions. Exactly according to the directions. No topping in the middle, no jumping back and forth between stages. It's designed in a specific way to get specific results, and it may be that you need more than one run to get there.

If you want to use EPRHA, use it after you finish Stage 6. 3 to 6 months of EHPRA is going to work wonders for you, and like was said above, it will hit you like an entirely different program after that. But finish this run-through first, and run it according to the directions.

Halfway through this stage, and it has leveled out. mainly been focusing on red pill theories, and taking notes on inner game. Starting tommorow im going to try and acheive step by step goals to improve my character now that ive accumilated 100's of pages of notes. Dont wanna get stuck accumilating too much without application. I think im going to do EPRHA right after i finish AM. Get a good job, then invest in AM6 :p Still feeling antisocial/asocial, but hopefully thatll change at the end of the program. Mainly i feel like some people are just not worth the time, and im not able to engage in meaningful conversation. That. and im kind of emotionally disconnected. Not sure if thats due to the program or something else.
Also going to start studying how to study, and ect, since i tend to do that a lot. Wanna get the most out of what time i invest towards learning.

Todays my birthday. And im lonely.
eh. Im much more relaxed and carefree however. Sometimes ill just skip class to sit outside and contemplate my feelings (i get all my work done anyways) Im stuck not really knowing where im going. All i know is just that im getting better. Sometimes i wish i didnt think so much. its not even thinking really. sometimes my mind is just blank nowadays. I feel like if i was told what to do, i could do anything. The asociabily is getting to me. or maybe i just noticed that ive always been this way. Words dont pop into my mouth much anymore in conversation. Im just gonna get back to my kahnacademy and lumosity.

No, EHPRA does not directly deal with jealousy, but as jealousy is based in insecurity, which is based in fear, jealously is dealt with.

Thanks Shannon. Im thinking the asociability is just due to my new perceived value ie. talking less because idle chat is beta? Im just accepting my loneliness. Once i finish the program, its straight to EHPRA for a couple months. Thatll fine polish everything then refresh for a month, utilize socializing is a game, and Aura of Charisma. Maybe Ill have enough money by then to buy AM 7 instantaneous brainwashing please lol

Wasted most of today on studying neurology, and the dopamine pathway. Think ive got a good idea on how introverts can change from using acetylcholine as fuel, with dopamine as extroverts do. If my self study works out, ill post it for others to try and see if they change a little. Everyone is different however, so I doubt it would work for everyone. Overall, ive managed to keep up listening to the sub for around 12-18 hours, and am still trying to work up to 21 :p its kind of hard, but most teachers allow me to wear my earbuds in class, and my friends just think im listening to music when conversing during break periods. Still feeling asocial nonetheless, and am trying to break that to create a more understanding environment. I want to enjoy conversation like I used to; delving into how people think, and why. Atleast when i was asocial before, i had interests in people unlike now for some reason.
Oh well. I know im improving, and thats all that matters.

I just started stage 6, and am feeling better; most likely placebo, but nonetheless. I thought about it for a little, and ive come to the conclusion that word defining in a personal sense needs to be established for the best efficacy when using programs, so if Shannon looks into my post at anytime, I hope that he may add key terms that should be looked into in order to make his programs work best. Perhaps a couple words, but not sentences from each program brought to the surface in the product description areas?
Still looking into dopamine, since i've gained a weird ability to control when it surges. I kind of control my breathing in a certain way, and when i do, it feels like i can contract a certain part of my brain on command. I then feel chills, and its pretty fun haha. I wonder if i can teach other people to do it; unless of course its actually common for people to control this function and ive been left out of the loop ._.

Also. reading the Book of Pook. Hilarious, and inspirational; i recommend all men read it.

so pretty much im extremely asocial now, and realized that on the calanders i cycled through, ive had erratic use of the program, resulting in too many days for some stages, and too little for others. No fucking wonder -.-" shoot me. anyways. im just stopping. ill do ephra once my brains done some recalibrating, then transitioning back to AM 5. Perhaps ill purchase AM6, and gift AM 5 to a friend whom hasnt been doing too well as of late. damn. well. night
