Making leaps on my book; I'm still in draft #3. By this rate, I should be done by Christmas.
Had a dream where I was wanting to beat the shit out of someone who I considered a nuisance.
I had the inner motivation to beat them up, and they would walk back in intimidation when I approached them, but my nervous system didn't have the charge to strike hard and fast. We basically stood off, while I waited for the spark to smash him down.

My voice seems to have dropped to the low end; still dynamic, but a different speech pattern.
I finished draft #3 for my book at 208K words. I have some planning, editing, and cutting to do.
Got my first "nude" (underwear) with a woman I matched with on Tinder (who's out of town and we've never met in person). Our convos are good and time flies when we've live chatted; I usually don't do that with women I haven't met so I attribute that to chemistry.

I've been avoiding Tinder and online dating sites, so I don't have any dates lined up.

I seem to flirt myself in slightly flirty situations at work, and I move the humor into non-logical comedic territory; gets people laughing, and it hasn't failed yet.

Noticing that my scalp is still thinning out; I'm more at peace with this and might consider an even shorter haircut like Ryan Reynolds/Deadpool, perhaps doing the Jason Statham. Would look hella cool if I got myself a bit more shredded.

Not been at the gym because of an increase in COVID cases, but I've been making use of the treadmill. Will be doing a 2 hour slow run on the treadmill.

Switching over to Stage 2 today.
Started going back to the gym due to a much lower COVID risk in town.
Been reading for my book project; going well.

I'm going to focus on building strength and cutting down body fat, all while staying conditioned, then gradually increasing mileage on the treadmill. Might run for 2 hours tomorrow, like last week, to build up cardio.
On Black Friday (at 12:15 AM), I bought two gadgets for my running; a Garmin Forerunner and an Airofit with breathing exercises.
Going to get a more edgy, fade-type haircut on Monday, as opposed to a old-school haircut. See the above post.

For the first time, I'm listening to the recommended audiobook by Alexander John - and I've gone through the AM 6 stages multiple times.

Listening through some of the Alexander John audiobook, and I've come to realize the following:
For all the talk about women facing incredible amounts of pressure in society, the "Dos" and "Don't Dos" that the Alpha Male book is talking about, if correct in the results they generate, reveal a form of soft pressure on the behaviors of men.

You must talk, walk, dress, look (with your eye contact), and act in these very specific ways... or else your existence on this planet is diminished; you lose respect from your peers, are limited in your career, repel women and live in a sex-desert. Any person who wants to live a full life should presumably follow these rules, even if they should go against their personality or preferences.

I've noticed that women drop off the face of the earth when they've lost interest; the problem is that I don't know what I've done for them to lose interest. It's a confusing pattern because it might have been a vocal pattern, a look, or a posture - something that is, in some way, a part of "me" - that cancelled all of the work I've put towards myself towards self-improvement. Though women face direct, perhaps hostile, comments towards them and their choices, the men who criticize them at least still (if only silently) want to be with them.

Not trying to make men out-victimize women, but pressures to perform still exist, but in a different form.

I don't necessarily disagree, but I do view it as hypocritical when men themselves want a much higher body count than 4. Mathematically, women have to have a high body count if men expect to have a high body count (unless it's with the same poor woman!).

It's the 21st century; social media has women all screwy, but a bunch of men are messing it all up by acting SIMP-like. Women know that they won't go after most of them men pursuing her.

It's a wide topic that can go forever, but I think that way too much blame gets placed on women for the situation; society is a system of incentives - often a set of expectations decided by men (that women should be hot, wear makeup, and fuck them on the first day) - then when women fulfill those expectations, we turn around and call them broken for doing what we asked of them originally.

I'm starting to feel a feeling of "fed-up-ness" building inside of me.
This is a positive thing; it will prevent me from backing down on my purpose; from compromising on what I want and deserve; from yielding to pressure; from retreating into timidity; from being embarrassed of being overheard or spotted.
My mindset is expanding to expand what I believe that I deserve (and will therefore work for)

I feel as though my confidence was crushed between 23 and 27; I started reclaiming it at 28, and I now wish for it to grow for years to come.

yea its not entirely women fault ofcourse, but these expectations are not for women, but for slutty women.
real high quality high caliber women would never sleep on the first date or have  casual relationship because they are aware how it's gonna fuck up their mind later where she craves intimicay.

Second, that's something that (I'll bet) 95+% of American women over 22 have done. I'll bet that 95+% of women in non-Sharia countries are the same way. So are we discounting the vast vast majority of women for agreeing to have sex a few times with a couple of partners? What responsibility to the men in our society bear in this - who, let's be honest, are tempting and pressuring her into sex as quickly as they can?

My issue is that the mathematics just don't add up. Being committed to your worldview would require that you recount the vast majority of women as hopeless sluts. And let's say that this high quality man sleeps with 1000 women; he's just increased the notch count of a 1000 women; they are now, according to you, 50% closer to being ruined; so why should he even be allowed to do this, because all he seems to be doing is ruining women's ability to bond with the next man?

Hey, sure i would love to leave my opinion just for education purpose, all with respect ofcourse for your own point of view mate.

So for your question, yes i am traditional always have been and no i did not sleep with many women, maybe around 4-5 in total.

And yep, 99% are "ruined" as in they lost the ability to pair bond with a man, why else do you think the divorce rate is growing ever higher while most of the initiatives are made by women?

anyway, i am not pointing fingers at anyone, i am just saying that the situation sucks for looking for long term partner. there is a huge abundance for women online and offline, and the fact that most of them lost the ability to pair bond just makes it much much harder to keep them.


you have to be really the top 1% of men to have one faithful to you and that as long as you keep your status high and never show weakness(that if she cannot pair bond).

Alpha Male v6.0, Stage 2 Day 8,

I've been losing interest in pursuing women and dating; I been swiping on Tinder and getting matches. I wait so long that some reasonably cute women are reaching out to me. After a couple of messages traded, I lose interest and want to get back to my book.

Speaking of which, I've gotten so productive at work that I've been able to read books from my book list and take notes. I began working on draft #4 of my book on Thursday and I've gotten to 18% of the book. I have the full day to work on it today. Extrapolating, it should take me 13 more days to finish this draft; however, I will need to be creative about re-arranging certain chapters. As of the 18th, I'll have time off until the 29th; this will be a tremendous opportunity to drive the stake through the heart of this project. Truly exciting; the main priority will be to cut pages while keeping the intensity of the project.

Alpha Male v6.0, Stage 2 Day 13,

I'm ~45% into my 4th draft; I cut out a lot of the excess fluff to get it down from 750 pages to 600; I'll have to cut it down further. It's been 9 days, and the next two days are Saturday and Sunday, so I'll be making strides. I anticipate that it will take another 11 days before I complete draft #4. I'll also need to add some content in key chapters, meaning that I'll have to slow down my process.

I'm also working on my guitar with more intensity.
I've also worked a lot at the gym and with running; I've exercised at least 18 days consecutively (to my knowledge); I feel fine, but if I keep this up, I'll risk injury. After Sunday, I will take Monday and Wednesday off. I'll also be isolating so that I can see my nephew around Christmas.

Alpha Male v6.0, Stage 2 Day 19,

This run of AM6 is a REAL ONE, let me tell you. What makes this different is that
i) I'm making all of my own money,
ii) I'm independent and much more mature,
iii) I don't have an obsessive need for pussy (as I've wet my beak enough at this point),
iv) I have a near-crystal-clear vision for the next 3-5 years of my life,
v) I have a goal-setting and time management system that is easy and works crazy well for me, and
vi) I've shaken off most of the low-value/needy/"blue pill" types of thinking and habits, mistakes which I had been making even 1-3 months ago. I'm listening to the right people and I'm becoming an icy motherfucker.

I'm 80% done my fourth draft. I'll need to dedicate myself towards my money-making skills - for many years - after finishing this book, which are an internal exploration.

I'm incredibly excited for Stage #3.
