Today was my birthday.25 years past and i have got almost 2/3 of life ahead of me

Life is hard but that's ok.

I have only 1 question for you guys and Shannon : How to forget someone you loved once or fade the feeling and attraction toward her? can i do that with AM6 or another sub? cuz i'm in lots of pain.it's really sad.

Been there done that and got the T-Shirt. You have two choices
1. The passage of time
2. Find someone else who is better. (AYP might be a good start.)

AM6 doesn't change a deep feeling like that.

I'd suggest one of two approaches for long term peace. Either outgrow her or feel gratitude.

Out grow her by building yourself enough and having enough powerful experiences to be able to see that to feel crushing pain for a person from your past is wasteful. Your present experiences can become more powerful than the memories of past ones. Then it'll fade on its own.

Feel gratitude not about just her, but all things. Life is pretty freaking amazing. Everything good and bad thing that has ever happened to you has created the person that you are. In case you feel that isn't impressive, you personally have the potential to change the entire world. You're already working on changing your own universe, so the world is a small thing anyways. Take time and really feel thanks and gratitude for everything you have had in your life. Including your ex. Pain and longing comes from many areas, but ultimately once you are grateful for the growth that she helped you achieve your pain will change to peace and she can then fade. You'll no longer cling to and compare your life to past experiences.

Both of these methods are actually the same thing, but slightly different paths. Understand who you are and let life become amazing again.
