RE: What's Cause People Have Urge to Change The Subliminal?
Generally, when you start using a subliminal that seriously conflicts with something you have in your subconscious programming, the subconscious will attempt to get you to change to something else in order to escape having to change it's programming, deal with some fear, or face something that is painful.

It is resistance. Trying to prevent change for one or more of those reasons.

Resistance is a farce. To believe in it only degrades a person. However they should own the decision in running a sub. You cant grow a tree if after a day the seeds are dug up and constantly replaced. Let it grow

RE: What's Cause People Have Urge to Change The Subliminal?
I'll give the reason why I switched.

I asked a girl out. She didn't go out with me. I listened to Absolute Self Confidence to bury the pain and forget her, hold my head up high. The part, holding up my head high worked, but she was still on my mind. So I switched and switched and switched. Finally, E2 was created and she's out of my head.

I'm sure other people have there own reasons. Yes, most would blame resistance as their reason for switching. When they should be honest and admit they are looking for something else. A solution or satisfaction.

Just delay satisfaction until the deadline that has been committed to. The reality is, this is how life works. Long term solutions don't happen overnight. Recognize progress to see results

Partially similar reasons as 4Kingdoms, partially fear to miss something better if I keep going with a certain sub. I am just glad I could keep AM6 and SM6 until the end.

Great explaination,

So if we face the resistance or urge, shall we resume it to the end of the sub/end of resistance or stop using it and change to another more compatible sub?

The urge to change subs is either resistance or fear (or both). So sticking with the sub is the best solution.

The thing is you could go awhile and not feel any resistance (like 12 or so days), but around 18 days feel a new kind of resistance again. It makes it hard to tell when there's absolutely no resistance left.

I'd say when you feel you've accomplished everything the sub offers/everything you intended to with the sub it's definitely time to move on.

RE: Extreme and Weird Resistance and Unbearable Urge to Change Sub
Whenever I experience Resistance to change the sub... I play Stress Relief 5G for an hour. It's help me calm down.

As a human being I only have so much time and resources to work towards something and if I spread myself too thin in an effort to be good at everything I'll be good at nothing.
