RE: BASE
It's pretty sad when even dictionaries do not know the definition of a word.

The definitions given are valid, but they are not the only definitions.

If something is not obvious yet, you can make it obvious by obviating it. Perhaps an advanced and unusual use of the word, but this only speaks to the sad state of affairs concerning the decay of the English language.

It never seemed advanced or unusual to me... seems pretty common sense to me.

I agree, I was surprised when I looked it up because I wouldn't think obviating would mean anything besides 'to make obvious' or something along those lines.

I haven't come across it used like that before but it seemed pretty obvious (haha) when I read the line.

Because I have developed improved compression methods in the meantime, which allow for that. :-)

Is there so much more content in BASE 4G (compared to 3G)? I am asking because I noticed the playtime is one hour.

I was wondering the same thing. Are you going to run BASE4g soon Mr. Anderson? Or did you start it last night?

Interesting. That means 16 hours exposure of BASE 2.1 5G equal 21.33 hours exposure of BASE 2.0 5G.

Thank you Shannon for clarifying this. I´m pretty good in english, but as non native speaker I had never even heard of word "obviate" so I had no idea of it´s meaning...other than it was coupled with the word enhance which of course made the translation confusing and hell. Good to know for future reference that english dictionaries are not always trustworthy.
