Pau Ko, out of interest, how many hours per day have you been listening to EPHRA for ? You were listening to the ultrasonic through speakers right ?

RE: My experience with EPRHA
hey hey Adam, I've been listening for 4/5 hours per day, masked track on my laptop and additionally 4 hours through speakers (again masked) with the stereo separation which to me, my head and my energy levels is a heavy machinery! (thus only 4 hours with the stereo separation every day)

= 8/9 hours daily

189 days in

IMLs subs are a very powerful tool.

I have achieved my goal. I’m healthy and I feel great.

will get some more days on this sub, I will listen to it until I get to 210/215 days or more, I don't know how many yet and that's fine. I will decide later.

The best benefit I'm getting from this sub, apart from feeling great and without tension in my body, is a feeling of detachment and a healthy distance towards myself, my job and other aspects of my life.

that's all for now :-)

RE: My experience with EPRHA
hey guys, it's been 200 days since I started using this program

Last month I've been releasing memories and negative emotions attached to those memories from my early childhood (4-6 years old). Can this be possible? Anyway, that's incredible.

I feel that I’ve outgrown «patterns of thinking and behavior» that caused me of a lot of pain in the past.
Self validation as well as emotional/mental maturity aspects of this program started to be very obvious round day 180.
I've grown into a much «stronger» person compared to whom I was before I started using this program.

So, one more month? yea, let's do it

hey hey James!
I've been capturing myself on my mobile during those 200 days of listening to ephra. The difference between me on day 0 and me on day 200 is enormous.
day 0 - poor body language and posture, poor eye contact, poor ability to express myself and my ideas
day 200 - great body language and posture, great eye contact, very self-confident, expressing myself in a confident way, actually it's a pleasure to watch myself speaking lol

That's what keeps me motivated, coz I can see for myself that this stuff is real and that I've been making a huge progress.

RE: My experience with EPRHA
James, you will get the level of detachment you want, I believe in you. Go go!

As of this writing it’s day 211. I’ve overcome a major issue that was holding me back ever since I was 14 years old. It’s gone. It’s vanished. It’s dissolved. It’s nowhere to be found. I even don’t feel lost. I feel nothing. The issue simply does not exist.

Instead of planning on starting another program in say 6 months I may stick with the EPHRA for longer than than.Maybe 9 months or a year. I feel it is the right choice. I have had way too much stuff cause me pain and I need to deal with that and get it resolved before I move on to anything else

That's a great plan! I think that this is a very important sub. I wonder how our world would have looked like if at least one quarter of all humanity listened to EPRHA for one year. Gold people, gold planet. Or maybe just a healthy planet...

I am glad you and the other EPRHA users made the journals. It shows clearly how much you can improve just by clearing all the garbage we all have in some way.

and the best thing is that if you compare EPRHA, as "small" (consisting of 8 modules) as it is, to 6 stage subs (consisting of 80+ modules) you may be wondering how cool IML is, lol

EPRHA is just the beginning and I feel as though I already was light years ahead from where I started seven months ago

Hi Keith!
Best of luck with your EPRHA journey! The results you can get by listening to and cooperating with this program are beautiful. Getting to where I am right now was not easy for me due to tension/anxiety building up every time a new issue/layer of a problem would be uncovered, but that's how the program worked for me. I had to be patient and sit with whatever came out, understand it, feel it and then let it go (after having felt it and understood it the issue would have been released automatically..)

RE: My experience with EPRHA
Knowing that these programs are no joke, it was not an easy decision for me, but.. I've made it. I switched to BASE 5G and I’ve been listening to it for few days now.

Officially I did 218 days of EPRHA.

Thank you Shannon and IML for making it available. Incredible stuff.

I guess that I don't have anything more to report on my EPRHA journey apart from the experiences that I already have written about :-)

Tao and Zyggy wrote GREAT and INSPIRING summaries of their EPRHA journeys, check them out!
