It's 8 hours per day/night. But which is effective ?
I use the program 1-3 hours when wake up and then take a rest for 2-4 hours. Continue again for 1-3 (or whatever) hours. The i continue at night till time required (8 hours)
Or,
I use it 8 hours continously in the day and/or in the night. or maybe 4 hours/day and 4 hours/night ?
