ASC was my first sub. I have ran it for 78 (?) days totally. What I noticed with ASC that it really started to get obvious to myself around 14 days. Not entirely sure but if you are just starting off running it, keep running it. Around the 32 day mark it was as if I crossed some border mentally. Possibly because of the thinking in cycles of 32 days. From what I remember about my run was that my IDGAF attitude increased. At times even obnoxious and confrontational. I became like a drill sergant. Had strong inclinations to discipline, no hesitation to call out, very strong eye contact, drilling even, and held it without hesitation. It went automatic at times and felt highly intense. Approaching was easy. I did stare down people. I spoke louder, bodylanguage became more open and bigger.

With asc, one loop is 30 minutes. I ran it for around 12/16 hours. Its worthwhile and an effective sub, which probably carried over in my 1st stage of AM6.

AM6 is so much more diverse in contrast to ASC. I dont even know where to start. AM6 is more. ..complex? Diverse? It has so many features, modules, areas to work on. It definitely was heavier. Where ASC just blasted your subc with confidence and kept the tower building, it didnt touch upon what AM6 touched upon. True, ASC made me confident and assertive, AM6 did go way deeper. DMSI and AM6 are 2 totally different beasts. With AM6 it was building myself up towards an alpha male. I became stern, more self centred and self focussed. Day 6 one loop this morning
