Headaches can only come from two sources regarding subliminals. Either you are playing an ultrasonic subliminal too loudly... which you're not using... or it can be a resistance response. It's also possible that the headache came from something else entirely. In fact it's actually very rare for someone to get a headache from resistance.

The headaches aren't anymore as frequent when I play the subs on my earphones. It could probably be just a resistance response.
I'm on my day 6 as of this moment. I've only been listening to the masked trickling stream of the Remove Negativity Within for around 8 hours a day.
Personally, I haven't experienced much change in me at all. While listening to them at night I too haven't experience any dream yet. So with that I've got a question. Is it maybe because I set the volume of the subs a bit soft? But I can still hear the trickling stream okay. I use a fan though. Can the noise coming out from the fan and airconditioning interfere with the effectivity and sounds of the subliminals especially since I'm listening to the masked format?

It is possible you need to up the volume. Remember that masked format relies on volume differencing. The volume between the masking and the subliminal audio is carefully balanced. I err slightly on the side of caution and use a slightly higher volume in mine that some other producers do, but if you play it at a low volume and then add in significant noise, such as a fan, it may effectively be pushing the difference level too high.

If you are in doubt, try either raising the volume significantly, or better yet, calibrate your audio for music, and then use the ultrasonic track.

Hmm.. I hope that's not the case. My AC unit is super loud but I balanced the ultrasonic with the ocean surf when I did alpha male and women magnet in 2010 and was experiencing the drousyness and fatigue when waking up still (during the beginning of stages). So I guess mine worked.

Thanks! I think I need to increase the volume a bit. I can't listen to ultrasonics because I'm still using speakers only capable of at least 18khz. The powerful 20khz+ speakers I have are at my living room. I'm planning to get a new set of speakers soon so I can be able to listen to ultrasonic tracks while I'm in the bedroom.

DAY 10: Remove Negativity Sub

A short intro before my journal update entry. Well before I started listening to the Remove Negativity Sub, I'm listening to Ultra Success combined with Aura of Sexiness. Ultra Success probably affected me more because I finally got myself a new job.
In some ways I consider it much better than what I currently do. I will start soon. Even though it might be give me more responsibility, I can say that my new job will give me better opportunities, growth and financial success.

With that I gotta say thanks a lot for the Ultra Success 3G sub Shannon! I've been listening to it before but I've never experienced a manifestation like this before.

Now,as I said I'm on my Day 10. I still haven't seen some awesome changes in me. Though I've been in a recent fight with a family member last Monday. I hope as hell things like that don't happen again especially since I'm an emotional guy and anger is one of the things I have problems controlling.

I've been having dreams but every time I woke up I seem to forget about them. With that my hopes are still up that this program will help me deal with my deep and abundant negativity. From time to time it still comes up and I feel like shit and down.

Day 15: Remove Negativity Sub

I was able to go to bed without listening to the subliminal for two or three days. Though I am listening to the masked version during the day through earphones for about 4 hours/day. Rest assured I will listen to this sub for as long as I feel there is still negativity left within me.

The main difference I am starting to see is I am more aware of my thoughts now. I'm not sure if that is the effect of the subs or not. I am experiencing a more practice in awareness. Internal awareness to be exact. I'm not sure if this is included in the scripts.

My negativity is still here and sometimes I can feel them more than before. It can be noted that this is due to being more aware of whats happening inside my head. For instance, instead of being happy with my new job and career, I kind of expect it to be harder and I might not be able to relate to my new colleagues due to a new working environment. I think these negative thoughts are putting me down, wanting me to stay where I currently am.

With this in mind, I am starting to detect that negativity is not only within me but with others as well. Even those people who are dear to me. Will this program help me not only destroy negative beliefs in myself but also disconnect from other people's negativity as well? I consider myself as a person that can be somehow easily influenced by others.

Good question. I'd like to know about this as well, seems like getting rid of negativity within is only half the battle, the other half is to disconnect and block outside negativity to enter and pollute again.

Maybe Shannon could combine 'Remove Negativity Within' and 'Disconnect From Other People's Negativity' together and make it as an upgrade? It sure would be awesome.

Yup I hope Shannon could buzz in my thread and give me a heads up about this. He is probably busy due to working on many projects as of date.

Anyway Day 23 update!

Man my subconscious is fighting back with whatever the hell it got. As such I become quite depress these past days reminiscing on all the years I've lost due to being a basement dweller. The thing is about two years ago I was an unemployment guy fresh from college. Instead of looking for a job right away, all I did was play video games and jack off to porn. It led me to develop depression, self-pity and social anxiety. Downward Spiral. I was in that state for 1 1/2 years.

My head is telling me to stop listening but I still do. I really want this to work especially since I am now starting to see a bit of changes.
Like for instance, I had a fight with my mom but I was calm and eventually we were able to come to terms after it. It is something that I wouldn't be able to face months ago.

Everyday I try hard to smile in front of others even though deep inside I am hurting still. I try to counter all my negative thoughts by consciously doing affirmations. However I sometimes lose strength to fight back and end up feeling shit in the end due to my thoughts saying "You can't change." "You cannot attract any woman at all" "You never had a girlfriend." Add the fact that I am not able to do Cory Skyy's Mirror Affirmations anymore. Other issues I experience is that whenever I'm out and see young couples I feel jealous of being already quite old yet never even knowing the feeling of being loved and loving someone.

BTW these issues are already within me before I started listening to the Remove Negativity Within sub. It is probably just being amplified because my subconscious doesn't want to change.

As for doing RNW and DOPN as one program, what would be the point? They are separate for the sake of modularity, which is lost if I start putting everything in one program. Modularity means that you can mix and match whatever you like.

Thanks for clearing that up Shannon. I do have to ask what if I'm surrounded by Negativity? Will RNW alone be sufficient enough for me not to be affected by them?

I'm nearly a month on using Remove Negativity Within Subliminals.
So far, there is still resistance and processing as what Shannon has noted. My negativity within me is still noticeable by my conscious mind and I see it pop out from time to time especially when I try to do something outside my comfort zone.

I feel that RNW is working but it still takes some time. Again I'll be using this sub for as long as I can feel I still have negativity. I do really want to be a positive person. I'm starting on my new work this upcoming May and I'm excited though quite nervous as well. There are negative thoughts spiraling in my head about it like "This new work is harder." etc. but thoughts of positivity are slowly replacing them.

Overall I'm starting to feel that the future is going to be better. I'm hype to start working and doing anything, getting more motivated probably due to having more powerful positive mindsets.

Anyway, I might use Overcome Self-Sabotage, Ultra Success, Develop an Aura of Sexiness or Become Irresistibly Attractive to Beautiful Women 7.1 as my second subliminal while listening to RNW after I reach 32 days of using it. Well my goal this time is to really improve myself and also attract and date a nice girlfriend. The only problem is I might not be able to run Attraction and other subs targeting women because I will use AM 5.0 once I'm done with RNW.
What do you guys think?

Yeah thanks for that Shannon. I'm just a bit loss on what to do next because I'm always like a kid in a candy shop when I'm to try a new subliminal. I want them all. If only I can use them all at the same time and have them all work.

Day 30 Update of Remove Negativity Within:
I'm starting my new job tomorrow. Mixed feelings are piling up on me. Part of me is feeling great and excited about the new environment, people and work I will face. While the other part is feeling anxiety and a bit of negativity. In fact I am a feeling the feeling I used to get before and during the first day of school when I was still studying. This is weird for me since I hardly remember feeling these when I also started on a new job before.

Other than this what I'm feeling overall is better. I'm thinking more positive. If I do happen to have negative thoughts I seem to quickly notice them and try to replace them with positive ones. This made me having the positive energy that I think is starting to exude from me. I have more energy throughout the day for instance. During my days off I am eager to start working on things that will make me a better person. Instead of playing video games, I'd rather work out or read a personal development article or book. Like I said in my last update, I feel more hyped.

Regarding the sub I will use as my second, I might listen to the Become Irresistibly Attractive To Beautiful Women 7.1 instead of the Aura of Sexiness. I'll stick to it for 3 months together with Remove Negativity Within and I'll see what happens. I picked it because I'd been running AoS + US before I started with RNW. Then after that I will jump on to Alpha Male 5.0.

Day 34 update.

With my new job, I have been feeling a bit of anxiety with it. Though the people there are nice, I still seem to have negative thoughts about it. For instance, I might be more stressed with the current working environment etc. But my own conscious is trying to fight back. I know negativity is still strong within me. I have to admit that I am the kind of person who isn't open with the idea of being told what to do. I am also a person who is not that easy to adjust to a new environment. My life has always been full of routines and I have a mild OCD. But the subs are helping me to be open to new and positive things to better myself. The changes I'm making on myself physically, emotionally and mentally this year have been a lot.

I still press on with Remove Negativity Within sub. I will add Become Irresistibly Attractive to Beautiful Women 7.1 as my 2nd sub. I will only be able to listen to it for at least 4 hours a day since I cannot listen to any subliminal while at work. I chose it because I have been feeling the need for a girl lately. Especially since I only have little experience sexually with a girl. With the new and positive changes I have made, I know that now is the time to open myself up for women.

Remove Negativity Within sub update

What I can say now is that there are moments when I feel that I am just completely contented and happy. During this moment negative thoughts still pop up from my head but I am able to silence them. The sub is working I can tell. My dreams on the other hand are still filled with negativity. I remember having dreams when discovered that my entire family was killed. It was bad. But when I woke up I barely remember any of it. Maybe the sub is helping me to forget this bad dream? Again, I'm not sure about it.

I discovered over time that the best way to counteract a negative thought is not to ignore it but to put my attention to it. And ask the question "Why?" about it. For instance, I'm feeling anxious about talking to a girl seating next to me in a bus. I'll ask myself "Why am I thinking like this?" Then I'll follow it up with I'm a handsome and a great guy and she would definitely find me interesting. It's like my thoughts are being made positive.

I haven't seen much results from the BIATBW 7.1 I'm using as my second sub. I've been only using it for 6-7 days so I won't expect much.

At my new work, I'm really drawn to one of my colleagues. She seems like a really sweet and lovely girl. Not to mention so cute and fun to be with. The problem is my work isn't that conducive to romantic relationships. I feel bad as such since I guess I'll have to keep it to myself that I like her. But if I won't be able to show to her that I like her I might regret not doing anything at all, which is I think much worse than being rejected.
