Almost always. Sometimes I don't mention it. You know, "From now on I'm going to play the sub at mealtimes, etc." so she sort of expects it is playing all the time really. Except I do tell her when we're having a 'night off' usually.

Hi All,

So we're continuing to work on this Appetite Suppressant.

Following the above advice:
1) 4 nights on, 1 off (though sometimes I do it 3 nights or 5 nights, to be exact, cause I forget)
2) 6 loops per night (though once or twice I have accidentally played it 7 or 8, and Saturday night we aren't asleep long enough for the full 6 loops)
3) Playing it during meals (but actually I started doing it during meal prep and meal planning when I can catch her doing that)

Within the first couple weeks she experienced some weight loss, but then rebounded when we were on vacation (lots of parties/get togethers since we weren't able to go anywhere we stayed around town and partied with our kids and grand kids). Since the rebound it has not come back down to where she got to pre-vacation. As of this am she's about 3 lbs down from the high point when we started the subliminal over a month ago.

She seems a little bit less obsessed with protein, but still she serves meals and usually gives herself the same amount of me, then finishes the veggies and the fruit that I don't eat. She's frustrated, but not too badly. This is an area that has always required lots of effort for her.

Initially my weight dropped 5-7 pounds and now I'm pretty much hovering around 189-191 most days. I feel good at this weight, but in order to cooperate with the sub, in the spirit of seeing what it would want me to do, I just mentally opened to whatever weight it might want me at (willing to go as low as 185 before worrying). However, it's just keeping me at about 190.

Any thoughts about what I should do next with her, Shannon?
You asked whether she knew it was playing... should I play it secretly? Or tell her I'm playing a different sub? (with the background clicks and pops that happen occasionally, I have to tell her I'm playing something)...

I don't complain about it because I think it's my bluetooth speaker interacting with my iphone. They are only heard at substantial volumes, also.

Is it at all possible that the speakers do not play ultrasonic well? Have you tried the speaker test? It could affect your results.

I checked the specs and they said they could handle it. Did not try the 'speaker test' on these.
But I've noticed the clicks and pops on my iphone (at volume) on my bluetooth speaker and on my 5.1 system (it's old though)

Speakers should pass both the required specs and the speaker test. The former allows for the range of frequencies to be played and the latter to make sure that no distortion happens. It could also be that you hear the cell phone signal when it ‘checks in’ with the network (this can be solved by using Airplane mode.) Either way I recommend that you try the speaker test.
Unless the problems is with the phone itself... could you maybe try to play the files from another device, like a computer? Just to test how it sounds (or rather, does not sound.)
Since you reported mixed results, if I were in your shoes I would triple check the whole setup and also avoid Bluetooth, that is a potential problem in itself.

Like I said at the beginning-- I'm not complaining about the clicks and pops. The sub IS working for me (as have others that I play in a similar manner. So the clicks and pops don't concern me. But you suggest there may be distortion, that doesn't seem to be the issue because the other subs I've used in the same way have been quite effective.

The pops and clicks only show up at louder volumes on ALL my available audio systems: Computers (Harmon Kardon speakers), my car stereo (my phillips 5.1 audio system), played directly on iPhones (on my 3.0 and my 6.0). When I used the iPhone 3 to play over bluetooth it no longer Cell enabled, nor is it talking to our wireless network, just bluetooth.

Early on, I did NOT play the subs at higher volumes, and thus did not notice the clicks and pops, but with the Appetite Suppressant it has cropped up, because Shannon suggested I try playing it louder because my wife was (is) not respoonding.

If I get a chance I will test my phones and my speakers again, but when I originally did this, the results were fine. I believe the problem with my wife's lack of response has something to do with how the sub is structured, its content and how it interacts with her subconscious. I fully expect that Shannon will soon post some suggestions that will help the sub make a difference for my wife.

As loud as we can stand, in essence. Which is ~60% volume on the iphone.
This translates to MUCH louder on the bluetooth speaker. 
When I listen to the hybrid version with ocean sounds on the bluetooth speaker at that volume it is too loud to have a conversation.

She seems to be still holding steady in the mid-140 lbs range. I have missed playing it at some meals (hard to remember to do).

Well, you might want to try playing it less loud. If she's resisting all this, then coming in under the radar might be a good idea. Sometimes, louder just creates more resistance as they try not to feel forced to do whatever. That's why we offer the option to lower the volume or use a low volume track. Might want to consider doing a gentle approach, and not using bluetooth speakers. Just the phone. Try lowering the volume 10% per cycle until you see something shift.

Will give it a try, it's a little tricky that way because the phone I use is an old iPhone 3 and its battery doesn't last all night. This is one of the reasons I use the bluetooth speaker because it has enough battery for about 14 hours. Also, when listening to normal frequency audio (100-18,000hz, 12 watts) it sounds LOTS better and gives a much fuller sound and projects very well. My more modern iPhone would also have to be plugged in all night in our sleeping area because it has a bad battery as well (iPhone 6). Do you think the speaker on an iPhone 3 is adequate?

I would be VERY surprised if this setup isn't adequate since it worked marvelously with the DMSI and now is working wonderfully for ME on the AppSupp.

Yes, it will work.

What exactly is the issue with bluetooth when it comes to the higher frequencies? What is the required frequency range for a speaker to use with the subs?

Part of it is that bluetooth is a wireless protocol for short range radio, and to achieve high bandwidth, they typically use compression of the audio.  If they do, and whether or not the audio is being compressed in a lossy or lossless manner changes depending on the manufacturer, and is almost impossible to determine.  If they're using lossy compression, they're also very likely stripping out the very low volume audio (kills masked subliminals) and stripping out the very high pitch audio (kills ultrasonic subliminals).  To play ultrasonic, your speakers must be able to play at least standard CD quality audio, which ranges up to 20 kHz.

Even if the bluetooth is not damaging the audio, you have another factor to consider, which is volume.  The probability is that even if the speakers have no volume control and simply plug into the phone, where you control the volume, that the speakers of the phone will not have the same range of volume, which means now you're working with volumes that your phone cannot reproduce, and which may be too loud for safe use as ultrasonic.  Of course that would produce tinnitus and such, so it probably wouldn't go unnoticed.
