Hi All, there's a 99 percent chance I'll be starting this sub over the weekend. Ironically I've always had fear to start using this sub, based on how it may change my personality and how I behave. I'm still scared to use it, but think it could be good for me. Bear in mind I'll stop using the sub immediately if OED or anything of that nature looks like it'll be released.

The main fears I aim to get rid of are
- Mice and rats. I've always been scared of them since I was a kid. It's a crippling fear for me. I see a rodent, I take off running. I've moved out of houses before because I've seen a mouse in them. Really hope to get rid of this.
- Fear of public speaking. I'm terrified of speaking in groups or in groups that of people that I don't know. Also terrified of delivering presentations. The majority of my job is leading on calls and meetings, and I'm a wreck before and during each meeting. I literally have to prepare a word for word script before each meeting, as I can't seem to think off my feet or recall information very well when nervous or under pressure. Currently working from home so this is feasible, but once meetings are in person, it won't be good for me.
- Speech. I tend to struggle to get my words out, and stutter sometimes. This has only been apparent over the past 10 years if I remember correctly, and it's apparently a fear based response. Hopefully this resolves that issue.
- Nervousness in some social situations, especially around new people. I can fake being confident, but I'd like it be natural, and like to be much more relaxed.
- Any improvements with anything OED related.
