USLM4 looks like a cool program but I dont see a lot of people journaling about it yet other than you, RT Boss, and some others.

Everyone has their reasons for journaling/not journaling. Maybe they are experiencing the same things RTBoss and I are reporting. Maybe they are changing their goals on a minute by minute basis. Maybe they are waiting for their goal to manifest before they start a journal.

That seems pretty common sense to me.  If you want to drive from Jacksonville, Florida to Miami, Florida and actually arrive in Miami, you don't decide to go to Savannah, Georgia in the middle, and then before getting there decide to go to Nashville Tennessee, before changing your mind again and heading for Anchorage, Alaska and then deciding on Tucson, Arizona.  

Changing goals frequently is a form of fear based resistance known as "Changing the goal posts".  You don't have to achieve the goal if you change goals fast enough.

For instance. I have 3 more years to work before I'm "eligible" for retirement. Since that thought has been brought to the forefront of my mind; I've been receiving information on the subject of retirement. (how much to save, annuity or lump sum, where to invest, 4% rule, the rule of 72, health care, senior discounts, senior living)

I recently took my Mom for a much-needed Chiropractic adjustment. The Doctor told her to exercise 15 minutes a day like walking on a treadmill at 1.5 miles per hour. That's the pace she should move to get the benefits from daily exercise. As I was searching for exercise equipment on youtube. A youtube video stated that rowing exercises 80% of your body. My Mom is 74, legally blind, and rowing can be a low impact exercise if done at the pace recommended by her Doctor. As I searched for rowing machines, I found that most models were floor level, not ideal for her age. Then I found a rowing machine that was chair level, perfect height for someone her age.

When I think of someone, they phone me and they tell me that they were thinking of me. I also noticed that when I was out doing my daily routine, as I was thinking about "my type" (opposite sex) I would encounter a woman with the exact "body type" that I'm attracted to. Nothing happened, I was amused how quickly my thoughts manifested a woman with the body type I'm attracted to.

I still have the same goal written down on paper, taped to my bathroom mirror. Just one goal. I think about it and say it aloud every time I walk past it.

I remember running a subliminal (4g technology) for 12 hours a day for 2 or 3 or 4 months in a row. Now with USLM v4, I have 3 days on/7 days off. I was summoned for Jury Duty before USLM v4 was released and I was on Jury Duty the same week as my first 7-day break. That worked out really well!!

Okay, so this is my 2nd Cycle/Day 1 of USLM v4 hybrid trickling stream mp3. I noticed on the calendar that Day 3 on and Day 7 off, fall on the same day. I still keep my iPod nano in a box with a date on the box, so I don't use it on my OFF days.

Hey 4K

I saw your initial post and read you said that LTU 5 contains within it USLM4  

Is this definite or is it just Version 3? Just wondered it was hard to track back in Shannons journal to find out


Reason I ask is, I'm about to do my 2nd run of LTU with the focus being more on goals and achieving things. 
The first round was for healing and clearing out the gunk. 2nd round will be on goals and social life and relationships. 

Also my third tie in Q is:  Do you set a small goal and think about it everyday until accomplished or is it just as and when in the moment thinking about ad hoc situations that USLM comes out to shine?

Currently, I'm on Cycle 4 and about to start Cycle 5 on Sunday, May 19, 2019.
I'm still using the original calculations 3 days on/7 days off, it works with my schedule.

@THolt - I'm not sure what USLM4 is working on, somedays when I'm listening to the 3 loops, it feels like it's grinding on my nerves, it's only 3 loops and only 3 days of listening, but I felt like turning it off or taking the earphones out. I just stayed busy and kept on listening.

@LiquidMind - findingme is correct, LTU5 has USLM4 in it.
I bought LTU5 for my Uncle and he tells me when I see him, that when he needs something, it appears in his life. As far as I know, he never wrote down his goals.

I have one goal written down pasted to my bathroom mirror so I'm reminded of my goal every time I see it. However, my mind is currently on retiring because several people at my job are in the process of planning for retirement. Even though I have 3 more years before I'm eligible to retire, information on that subject is constantly being pushed towards me. Such as pay off your debt/mortgage before you retire. Retire at the end of January instead of December so you aren't hit with taxes from combining your last year of work with the retirement income you will be drawing from. How and where to invest your money after retirement so you don't run out of income or need to return to the workforce. There's more, but you get where I'm going with this.

My Mom is being exposed to LTU5 when she stays with my Uncle. I recently bought her a rowing machine because it exercises 80% of skeletal muscle. She requested I buy two more rowing machines for when she stays with my Aunt and another when she stays with my Uncle. Thanks to my Mom, all 3 are enjoying the benefits of using a rowing machine.

Is USLM4 working?? I'm very happy even when sh*t hits the fan. I'm constantly humming/whistling/singing a tune. Just the other day I was accused of eating someone else's food at work. I thought the last shift left it for me to eat like they do every day. The accuser privately went to a boss and asked, "Why is 4Kingdoms eating my food?" I explained my reasoning and promptly went to the 24-hour store and replaced the food I ate. I believe this situation was diffused quickly because of USLM4!!

Went to the auto shop to get my oil changed. They did a courtesy check and showed me that my tires were bald. I was shocked since I only have 15,000 miles on the odometer. I was told that the dealerships usually install the cheapest tires when they sell/lease a car.

Also, they showed me the difference between a new battery and the charge my battery was giving off. Sure, the battery I have starts the car. But, with summer weather approaching... why take the chance??

I see this as another sign that USLM4 is at work. Yes, I spent money on new tires and a new battery. However, bald tires could have led to an accident and the battery could have died and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere.

When on USLM3 I found my car battery was struggling to start the car and failed once which meant I missed my yoga class that evening. I took the battery off and charged it overnight. Meanwhile I ordered a small power pack jumpstarter to keep in the glovebox from Amazon 'to get me out of trouble' if the battery died again. I also realised if I turn the ignition key to the red lights for 5 seconds the fuel pump will pump enough fuel to start the car as soon as the starter is engaged without taxing the battery. That was at the beginning of winter. Now, about 6 months later, I'm still on the same battery, so for me it worked another way

Things felt like they were stalling and after reading a few journals that people felt they were getting better results with the masked track. I decided to give the masked track a try.

Try to visualize what I'm describing so you can understand what I am trying to convey.
I'm driving in my car, some days there is no traffic and I get all green traffic lights to my destination. Other days I can't cross the intersection because traffic is so heavy and every traffic light turns red just as I approach it. I was curious why some days were so smooth and other days were chaotic. The day when everything went smoothly, I was at peace and calm. The chaotic days, I was stressed out. I believe my emotional state dictates how well USLM4 works!!

Just a week ago, I took my Mom for a dental cleaning. They found an infection and sent us to an Endodontist. The Endodontist discovered that the infection was caused by food getting trapped under a dental bridge and referred us to a Periodontist.

Both Dental Specialist told us that they didn't accept my Mom's dental insurance, it was for biannual dental cleanings and dental x-rays. The Periodontist needs a full mouth x-ray when they see my Mom for her consultation. If the General Dentist had one on file that was 3 years or older, the Periodontist would have to take a full mouth x-ray for $185. This was told to me on June 4 and the consultation is on June 24.

I called the General Dentist on June 4 and asked if my Mom has a full mouth x-ray on file and they said it was in 2014. Then I asked how much?? FREE, it is included with her dental insurance. Then they wanted to know if I could come in today and I had to go to sleep because I work the graveyard shift. So on June 5, the very next day... I brought my Mom in for a full mouth x-ray.

At work, they took a guy from the afternoon shift and put him with my team. I think the company is making his life difficult so he retires. I've never seen anyone forced to the graveyard shift. Everyone I know including myself volunteered. The good part is, now I have 2 days off instead of 1... I feel like I'm on vacation!!

At this point I'm pretty sure that the Magnus Engine in USLM4 needs adjustment. I took the opportunity while building UMS to test various possible reasons why USLM4 was not performing as designed, and the answer seems to be that the script acting as control for the ME is being resisted.

So to find a solution I built several different variants of GPR Prototype 16 and tested them. It seems that they suffered the same issue.

But this gave me the data I needed to find what I believe is the solution - a significantly more powerful control script for the Magnus Engine. This new control script is in UMS, and it explains why the models repeatedly stated that the power level was correct, yet we got the results we did. The power level was, indeed, correct; but the control script wasn't strong enough yet.

So it looks probable that I'll be rebuilding USLM 4 as v4.1 soon.

After reading that USLM4 is being upgraded to v4.1, I am wondering if I should purchase UMS - Ultra Monetary Success??

My desktop internet lost connection. Long story short, I reset my entire hard drive and still had the same issue. Turns out the lawn service (one of the workers) cut through my cable line with a weed trimmer and disrupted my internet.

My Mom had two teeth extracted because of bone loss and then the Periodontist rebuilt the bone loss with bone implants they make in the lab, $1200.  If the teeth were saved, the cost would have been $1200. The purpose of the visit was to clean an infection.

So my Mom is on pain killers and antibiotics and insists on getting out of the house to go shopping. While we are at the store, she is telling me she feels light-headed. Her Brother (my Uncle) tells me to get her to the car because if she goes down, they will call an ambulance.  We make it to the car, I put down the windows, go back inside to go pay. At the register, one item isn't ringing up, the one item I really needed!! The cashier calls a stockboy to get the price, 15 mins elapse and my Uncle and I are clearly distressed because we are curious how my Mom is doing. The cashier gives us the item that I needed for free by discounting everything else I bought by $2 or $3.  After checking on my Mom, I realized that I lost my cellphone inside the store. So my Uncle and I go back inside, he is calling my phone. We hear it ringing and I found it on a shelf I had placed it on.

At work... for the last 3 years, I was the only person that got overtime on a consistent basis. The day-shift complained and recently Management added another employee to the night-shift and ended my overtime streak. The day-shift is getting 20 hours of mandatory overtime each week since my overtime ended. Now the day-shift is complaining that I'm the only person with 2 days off and they want Management to explain why I'm not getting overtime!! LMAO!!

To sum it up, I reset my hard drive, lost all my information... the great part, it looks like I have a new desktop computer because the screen is uncluttered!!  I got a new modem before I found out the internet wire was cut by the lawn service. Paid $1200 to the Periodontist. Lost my cellphone, then found it. The phone actually needs replacing, it keeps freezing and yes I did purchase a replacement from Amazon, it arrives on Sunday. I'm grateful I found the lost cellphone because I need the sim card from the old cell phone to put into the new unlocked cellphone, so I can keep the same phone number.
