Is it okay to do 2 sessions of DMSI on 1 day? - Vetoed - 11-24-2017
Is breaking ASBR so significant that 3 loops back to back loops in 1 session is better than 3 loops back to back in 1 session + 2 loops back to back in another session? Or does it reset so you're free to do another session later during the day or night as long as you do the loops back to back for that session as well?

From what Shannon is said it definately makes a difference. It's strongly recommended to do your loops all at some for the ASRB ratio and not split them up at different times of the day.

Technically you're not breaking ASRB. You're taking the right amount of break time in between your loops. ASRB only applies to consecutive loops and listening. If you did half a loop and then started another one immediately after then you would be breaking ASRB. As long as your doing complete loops you won't be breaking ASRB even if the sessions are hours apart. As long as you listen to the track from beginning to end.

If you do your loops other than all consecutively, back to back, you are breaking ASRB.
