ASC Journal - Ryu - 10-22-2017
Hi,
I just started ASC 5g, day 1.
Lets see what happens, i will get 20+ hours exposure,
I have speaker in my sleep room and stereo on my smartphone so i get maximum effect
Will try update this journal if i dont forget
Already feeling more confidence after few hours
calm and small nice buzzing energy in my face, feeling good atm.
I will update tomorrow.

Okay day 2:
Today i felt big confidence improving.
I did a damn good job at my job today.
What i noticed is:
Before i used to get kinda scared and turn away when i hold eyecontact,
but today i was rock solid in eye contact also speaking with people easily.
I never felt this strong in socialising.
My thinking is also improving, i noticed that i think i can get a better job if i wish, beliving more in my self, this is good stuff.
Anyway im feeling good atm and my brain is tingling with happiness, loving this sub
