Day 17
Feeling myself starting to get ill again. That's twice in 3 weeks, once just before I started the sub, but it surprises me to be getting another one so soon, particularly when MHS is supposed to help boost the immune system.
My back is gradually getting better, but I'm hesitant to exercise.
I'm spending a lot of time on meditation and body awareness, working on feeling the sensations in my lower body in order to become more grounded. I'm going with it.
Edit: Day 21 stopped running the sub
