Started UD last night while sleeping: US, mp3, 50% vol on stereo iPhone 7 speakers.
I had been doing DMSI3.1A/B since it came out. Last run was B for about 45 days. Previously alternating A and B about every 32 days. NO break before starting UD.
So far nothing to report specifically. No turbulence or headache or perceived body/mind changes, yet. Will be diligent to get my loops in every night and report any reactions/changes/details.
Here we go...

Quick update.
UD US mp3, while sleeping iPhone 7 stereo speakers, 60-70% volume.
Past the 2 month mark on UD for me now. A few observations: No headache, so no assumed resistance. No additional defecation, urination, sweating, or other body secretions, but I tend to be pretty healthy with my lifestyle, except for alcohol on the weekends. Crazy weird dreams all the time, more than any other sub I've used. I have noticed a more persistent runny nose but it's not continuous during the day. No other symptoms. I know it's doing something, just not sure what as I tend to be a subtle results person. Probably further clearing out deep subconscious junk.
Didn't really notice a substantial bloom from DMSI afterwards, however my sex drive seems to improved. I think DMSI could've suppressed it somewhat.
My girlfriend has been staying over regularly and getting exposed to it without her knowledge. She too seems to have a persistent runny nose and no other symptoms.
My plan is to give this a total of 3 months to ~ Nov. 17th, then go back to DMSI 3.1A until 3.2 comes out, may even try out MLS if the delay is more than 3-4 months.

Wow. It's already been 2 months since UD came out!! That's the most amazing fact for me
