The Tale øf Adam - Adam - 08-17-2011

Hello, my name is Adam, I am turning 19 in a few months, and live in kind of a small town. I am really tired writing this, but I'll try to get everything on the table. I am doing quite well for myself, but my dreams and aspirations are... let's just say out there. I want to move to Sydney, Australia within the next two years. I desire to make a Million Five, a year after taxes. I am still unsure how I will achieve that goal, I am going to consult one of my mentors on that one. I want to have the financial freedom to take a month long trip at the drop of the hat, without having a single worry about any expense. I also wish to master my body. Mixed martial arts and yoga are my only options at the moment (still a noob at it). I want to also want to take modern dancing and acrobatic gymnastics.

For my internal goals
-Drastically increase my self-esteem
-Sculpt my self-image
-Cease to feel inferior to everyone
-To stop being afraid of life and start enjoying every facet
-And to attain massive amounts of Charisma

One weird thing, I am "in the moment" 24/7 now. I am not sure how it happened, but it is strange lol. Everything is amplified. Minute happiness becomes great joy, and sadness descends to depression. I like it, but it freaks me out! I wish there was a ON/OFF switch sometimes. On top of that, I currently under pressure and feel as if I have no time and exhausted all of my energy. Any tips of suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Smile[/align]

What subs are you using?

RE: The Tale øf Adam - Adam - 08-17-2011

I finished Alpha Male 2011, now halfway through stage one of Sex Magnet. I am considering holding off on sex magnet for a bit. I have a lot of negative garbage stored up inside me that needs to be dealt with immediately. After I get back from my college counselor, I am going to check out the best possible sub and consult Shannon about it.

I went through my facebook (from now to three years ago), and just wondered how I went from how I use to be to now.

RE: The Tale øf Adam - Ryan - 08-17-2011

Adam, stage 1 was hard for me, brutally hard for me. I literally went from depression to happy back to depressed on a daily basis. It gets better towards the end and into stage 2 but it's an up/down rollercoaster. That just means it is working on A LOT. If want you want is Sex Magnet, then continue doing it =)

No one said the journey is easy...

Stage 2 is smoother than stage 1.. but Shannon's programs get you to jump in head first. BTW welcome and I look forward to reading your posts.

No kidding! It is like when I am alone or not getting the attention I desire, I suddenly plummet into being depressed. But when I am out with friends, or flirting with a beautiful woman, I feel on top of the world.

On my drive home, I am going to stay with sex magnet until it ran its course. While, working on the other issues in my free time.

Well, I am glad stage two gets better XP The main goals I want out of sex magnet is (1) improved self-image to male model, porn-star status, (2) A girlfriend that is perfect for me [ I know that isn't exactly what the program was built for, but oh well], (3) The ability to have options with very little effort

RE: The Tale øf Adam - Ryan - 08-17-2011

Lol all of those goals should be met and then some. Of course, by changing beliefs you are not going to become a male-model but...that doesn't mean you won't love yourself and your appearance and feel the urge to take care of yourself to get to the body/image you desire, I feel that big time lately.

At the end, you could try "Attract Your Perfect Lover" for a settle buddy. I don't think Sex Magnet is necessarily going to bring you a wife, but multiple girlfriends...yes ;P

And yes I had that too, when I was alone I was very very depressed but when out it changed up a bit, with the exception of a few days. Unfortunately, I also went through a break up at the worst timing Wink I find that during stage 1 it was easier when I only listened while sleeping instead of 16 hours or more.

RE: The Tale øf Adam - Adam - 08-17-2011

Awesome. I have a lot of goals, but not enough time =P I want to change that predicament as well. Yeah, hygiene and proper nutrition (right now I am doing a vegetable and fruit diet only for 10 days for a trial run using this kickass juicer I just bought [ I am not a big fan of either and rarely eat them, so I feel like crap more often than not eating junk food]).

One thing that is bugging the crap out of me is finding my perfect haircut, usually didn't bother me all that much, but now I am going stir crazy. I look good with semi short hair, but not able to find a stylist or barber that cuts it to my liking. Or finding some hair gel that keeps me style in a spot without making my hair into lethal spikes or that wimps out after an hour.

Ha. I never plan on getting married or having kids (that could change, but for now... forget about it). Break-ups seem x1000 more painless than a divorce. The only thing separating a serious relationship and a marriage is a fancy title that comes with a legal binding contract. Not for me Tongue

I wouldn't mind several girlfriends. I guess I just want to find an amazing girl and and be in a semi-serious relationship, until I feel like changing up my dating life.

That had to be rough. Something odd I had in mind was, after completing Sex Magnet, I want to take out all my ex girlfriends on a nice date or fun day at the theme park or something great. Without them, I definitely would not be this determined to make myself a better man.

Anything more than 8-9 hours of subs, makes me a more lethargic than a stoned sloth. I feel drained of all my physical and mental energy. I actually wonder if I will have Superman's energy and mentality when I am off subs for about a month. Big Grin

Adam, if you're looking for a good diet, read The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris right now! I've been using it for the past month and lost 15 lbs without any exercise. It really is that easy.

RE: The Tale øf Adam - Adam - 08-20-2011

I promised some tales so here is the first of many... (EDIT: I was going to write it like an medieval tale, but halfway through it got on my nerves) I'll make it good.

My parents wanted to take me on a vacation to celebrate a variety of things, like my dad reaching age 45, my mother being +5 years cancer free =) , and me enrolling in college. That sort of stuff. When I travel, I lock away my excitement till I land. Makes time fly faster and bigger burst of joy for me.

The first flight was great, I sat by the window and took several breath taking pictures of the sunset and the clouds. It really is amazing view around (500 to 8,000 ft) any higher is bleh. The landing was delayed an hour due to insane weather in Atlanta, Georgia. We had to stay their over-night and received $72 in food vouchers. We went to some Sports Cafe in the airport which was okay. The waitress Tiffany... wow! She was drop-dead gorgeous head-to-toe, had a spectacular personality, and an accent that would make any man sing. Ha. She was very flirty, I was not so much. I guess it is weird flirting with a woman when your parents are right next to you, and there is not much chance of see the woman again. I gotta admit, southern women rank very high on my list =)

Morning, finally! Off to Sarasota! Ahujey ( Not sure on the spelling, but it is AWESOME in Latin). Sarasota kicks freaking butt. White beaches that feel like Cloud Nine, good waves, amazing weather, and beautiful women. I smoked one hell of a Cigar down there. This lovely British woman was very helpful, and the accent, dead god. Ha, but I got my thoughts together down their. Walking along the beach at night with the waves crashing on the shore is so relaxing. I met some other women, but I just didn't have it in me to take it further with them.

We left Sarasota, heading south to Key West. Whoop whoop! I stopped at Myakka River State Park for a Alligator Safari. Which was awesome, the tour guide, I swear was Steve Erwin's dad look-alike. He was a riot. I even got two gators fighting on video camera.

Arrived at Key West at night, which was alright. Woke up to go on this giant six hour adventure with Fury. I went para sailing, jet-skiing, snorkeling, and went on the HUGE water toys. I enjoyed the water toys the most, it was a 20 foot high iceberg rock climb blow up. I took some pride getting to the top. Then there was a water trampoline ( I was going to do a flip off it [one of my biggest fears] but my bounce was messed up) I plan to take a gymnastics class somewhere soon to get over it. Then there was this Triatholon blow up, I almost go to the top, but failed each time. I will try to type the shape. The side was like this (` I got to the tip, but climbing over... forget that. I did meet some french girls, but still wasn't able to progress anything. The snorkeling was rad. I saw +100 jellyfish in the Sand Key. And hundreds of fish. The coral structures were phenomenal.

That sums up the majority of my trip. I had a blast and gained more perspective.

One thing I need to work on is progressing sexually with a woman. But make it natural or acceptably spontaneous.

Good god. I read the front page and geez! What I am interested in is:
-2 hours of sleep fully rested
-Gain muscle
-increase testorone
-Run 50 kilometers!! that one interest me

I am at a health weight, I can kind of see my abs when I flex, but I want them to shine effortlessly. I'd also like more muscle all over. Not a lot, but the body of Adonis.

Were you able to come close to any of those points?

Man, Adam I'm at 215 right now when I was around 235ish when I started the diet a little over 3 weeks ago. There is a chapter on the final mile to get below 10% body fat which will make your abs shine, there are also tips in there about putting muscle on as quickly as possible using the 'less is more' philosophy that body builders use. Check it out and let me know what you think.

RE: The Tale øf Adam - Adam - 08-21-2011

This week has took a number on me, but I am remaining strong. I made my goodbyes with most of my dearest friends this morning. I am moving on with my life into college, and I may not see them anymore. After leaving, I went to my local park. The place is my haven. The swings, water park, people walking their dogs, and the beautiful meadow beside it gives me peace of mind. I rarely reflect on my past, but this experience was over the top. I feel so much joy remembering all the good times, yet it is sad. I hope five years from now, I'll have a great, and solid financial situation, that I could take off as many days as I wish to travel and visit all my old buds.

I've never said this before in my life, but I am proud to not want to change anything in my past. But, it is interesting to think about what if certain factors never happened/actually did happen.

The book is on the way. I should have it by Friday. I should be in excellent shape by Spring break. The Four Hour Body, my daily fruit/vegetable smoothie creations, fencing, hitting up the gym, and yoga are going to do wonders. I am decent shape, but I want a body of a god.
