The anti-white BS pisses me off. It's especially bad in California. My ancestors literally came to America in the 1600s, fought and even died in every war, had their land and possessions destroyed by General Sherman, helped slaves to escape, lived in extreme poverty for centuries, and they want me to apologize?
I love all races and it sucks that that shit happened, but I will never, ever apologize for being white.

I've thought about this a lot and came to the conclusion that a lot of this is stupid. We already know that slavery for example was in Africa and other places before Caucasians even showed up but what is most interesting me is something realized after reading a lot of historical books. More often than not what happens (using tribes as a example for simplification) One tribe has its boot to the neck of some other tribe. The tribe under the boot complains and talks about how its "morally" wrong what the other tribe is doing. Then some other tribe comes along (with more advance military weapons most likely) knocks that other tribe on its ass and then puts their "boot" to that tribes neck then that very same tribe from before wants to talk about how "unethical" and "wrong" that new tribe is. That's my opinion anyway. It would be kinda of stupid and hypocritical for me to complain about something that happened to my ancestors when my ancestors did the exact same crap to some other group of people. Its not a race problem its a human problem in my opinion and some of us realize that and just want to go on living our lives without dwelling on this shit.
I'm not saying that all our ancestors (of any race) were bloody tyrants but its kinda of stupid to think that Your ancestors have blood on their hands and mines doesn't when they are guilty of the same crap. That might ruffle some peoples feathers (not sure) but its what I believe. All people of different races and creeds have skeletons in their closets.

Some of my ancestors were sick, man. They sold their brothers and sisters into slavery for salt. SALT!
This is a human problem like you said. I hope all races learn from their mistakes of the past and move on in harmony with one another.

There's a difference between the slavery that was practiced overseas and what happened here in America. Biblical slavery, Roman Slavery, et. al. was essentially a social class. There were laws to govern how slaves could be treated.
In the United States, slaves were chattel -- property. They had no rights. They weren't even looked at as human, which naturally led to the widespread mistreatment and downright cruelty of them. And worst of all, the institution of American slavery was intrinsically linked to race.
Why? The simplified version:
Well, in early American history, whites were pretty much enslaved also -- in the form of indentured servitude. The difference is, you could work your way out indentured servitude, but it was still a pretty shitty way to live. That being said, many white indentured servants began teaming up with black indentured servants and started fucking shit up. So, the powers that be created a system allowing white indentured servants to easily escape their servitude and become farmers, while damning black servants to chattel slavery. A divide began to form between the former allies as a new social class began to form. At the end of the day, the white indentured servants could think to themselves, "well, at least I'm not black."
Those systems still exist today, whether you experience them as a white person or not. As a black man in society, I'm not just going to bend over and take obvious injustices just because you think you're entitled to things for being white. Sorry, not happening. Some people out there really expect us to simply accept the idea of being inherently inferior and just go along with it. Not happening.
It's like the two officials that was removed from public office in West Virginia for calling Michelle Obama an "ape in high heels." Michelle Obama, whether you agree with her husband's policies or not, graduated from Princeton University with a BA and got her JD (law degree) from Harvard. Two time Ivy League graduate. She's more intelligent and worth more than the mayor of some backwater bullshit town. Why is this relevant? Because it means, no matter how hard I try, no matter how hard I play by society's rules, I'll never be seen as more than an "ape" because I'm black -- despite the fact that the people who throw that kinda garbage is essentially useless.
The concept of white guilt is kinda silly and I personally don't ask any white person to apologize for being white. However, many of you refuse to acknowledge a few facts, and as a result, the opposing side (the left) begins to act out. Same way Trump rose to power. White Americans clearly felt that the left had taken things too far and manifested the embodiment of white masculinity to fight back.
I get it. I voted for the man.
But, I voted for the man because the left is completely out of touch when it comes to masculinity, economics, and yes to an extent, race relations. I didn't vote for him so that America could suddenly become a circle jerk over the idea of whiteness. In the last few days, I've had to question my decision. Here in the south, confederate flags are flying high again. In a nearby city, someone sprayed "Black lives don't matter, and neither does your vote," on a church wall. Someone sprayed a swastika on the local Mexican market in my town. People are getting bold.
I'll put it like this: I bust my ass, I build a business here, I pay my taxes, I'm joining the damn military to defend this country -- to defend my family, children and yours, and if any one thinks for one minute that I'm going to feel fear or believe that I'm inferior because of how much melanin is in my skin, you're out of your mind.
This isn't the 1950's, where you could call a black man "boy" and if he defied you, you could call up Jim Bob and the Boys and have yourselves a good ol' hanging. Call me a "boy," and you'll get to experience my killer left hook, right cross combo -- and Jim Bob can show up at my door if he wants -- I'm a fairly trained marksman.
Just remember that Trump is a better choice than Hillary, but he's not the "savior of White America." Your culture has some hard truths to face too, just like black people, just like mexicans, just like everyone. Like someone said above, everyone has skeletons.

I agree that there's shit that needs to be worked on. One of my best friends is a black guy who has had serious issues at work because the businesses are run by "old white guys". That really sucks. I can't possibly comprehend living in a country where all the Presidents ever and people in positions of power were a race different than mine. I've worked at places where the employees were predominantly minorities. I felt alienated and it helped me to put myself in the shoes of others.
Btw, I live in the South too and my relatives have Confederate flags. Our ancestor fought for the South and was shot and captured. They genuinely have no ill-will towards Black people whatsoever and focus more on heritage. Obviously, you will run into the dipshits who genuinely are racist. But remember, every culture has morons that fuck it up for the rest of us.

You are generalizing here. Not every white man (or woman) is seeing black people as apes.
Other than that, I also get the impression that the climate towards certain races is getting difficult in the US right now.

Yes, thanks to the healing in Shannon's subs, I've learned to (at least try) to stop generalizing white men and marking them all as racist. After all, the business mentor that literally, LITERALLY saved my life this year is a white man who's benefiting far less from our business arrangement than I am. He just saw a guy in trouble -- regardless of race -- and decided to help.
Likewise, look at Shannon. A white man with extraordinary abilities, who could say, "fuck this morality shit" and use his skills purely for personal profit and gain.
It's kinda like this: You could have a giant, lake sized tub full of crystal, clear and clean water and if one drop of pee hits that pool, suddenly the entire thing is beyond reprieve. I don't want to look at my fellow mankind like that. But when you have a childhood like mine, it's tough. And when the media is constantly trying to beat you down, it gets even harder. And that goes for both sides -- white men being told they're sexist for trying to sit comfortably on a NYC subway, or that they're racist for this way or the other.
But everyone has to introspect and see how we can help each other heal -- it's not just the fault on one side.

Meh, I'm not surprised at all. They were trashing him and taking his words out of context the entire time he was even running. You would think after losing they would ask themselves, "Where did we go wrong?" and do some self reflection. Instead all you see is them doubling down, not even questioning if they did anything wrong, and just continuing with the attacks. Unfortunately for them I do believe a lot of people, a decent portion anyway, are not listening to their crap anymore if polling and their ratings are any indication. If I remember correctly, a poll done back in October said that only 30% of people, in the US anyway, trust the Mainstream media anymore. I have seen numbers as low as 6% in other polls on this issue. They are really hurting anything left of their credibility at this point with this doubling down. For example, the New York times recently had to issue a apology to its readers for their bad and bias coverage of the election because a lot of their readers cancelled their subscription.
The thing that really annoys me though is Clinton's supporters at this point. Still rioting a week and a half after the election results. Destroying property and beating up people who didn't vote like them. So very "tolerant" of them. The funny thing though is that they are all rioting in cities that voted Clinton. All they are doing is hurting their cause and pushing other people to the other side by doing this. Also doesn't help when you have shit like this happen nowadays:
Guy just wanted the name Trump on his cup the day after the election, probably as some memento, and the guy refused to do it even though he called the corporate office for Starbucks and they said he could have any name he wanted on the cup. Guy still refuses and calls the cops on him for it. I swear this new generation is pathetic and gets triggered over everything. Sometimes I just wish they would get over themselves and grow a pair. I really hope Shannon's business takes off and AM7 becomes popular. Its very needed in my opinion. This generation really needs to grow a thicker skin and stop being triggered by every little thing.

I'm just asking because I know some people who are generally intelligent and they are actually falling for this stuff. Its like all these people want a new cold war. It seems like 2003 all over again and no one has learned. For example, They say that 17 different intelligence agencies agree that the Russian's hacked the election. What everyone seems to forget is that there is a interview with Colen Powell years ago where he says, "It is the agreement of 16 different intelligence agencies that Saddam Hussein has Weapons of mass destruction".
