Site improvements - artisan - 08-29-2016
I have a few suggestions for both the shop and the forum.
Firstly, the website is a bit buggy when you try and purchase something, the add to cart button does not work so the user is not going to be able to purchase anything. This badly hurts the conversion rate of the customers, should be a top priority to be fixed.
Another issue is the forum which is quite slow, not that pleasant to use, I recommend the integration of newer forum technologies such as epochtalk which has many benefits over mybb..
Lastly would be to accept other payment methods such as coinbase, credit card, excluding paypal, you might be getting quite a few paypal chargebacks, which is never nice..
I am quite new to the community, but i don't mind lending a hand to Shannon to help out with the website, would be my pleasure actually, free of charge.
What do you guys think?
