RE: Random sub adventures - currently running DMSI 3.2 - Shannon - 02-26-2018

Quote:Though I'm kinda wondering why a super complex sub like DMSI gets away with 1 hour per day, while Self Esteem is a friggin 7 hours a day... Huh

There is quite a big step up in the power of this script over the one used for SE. This script is also much more focused on resulting in execution. Therefore, significantly less input is required to achieve results. I am hoping to make this even better during the build of the next 2 versions of DMSI.

Quote:PS: One more thing - I didn't really attribute it to DMSI back when I ran 3.1 - but same as some others my hair turned way more gray/silver than it was before, especially abover my ears and half of my beard hair is gray by now. I'm certainly not the only 40 year old with graying hair, hence I did not really make the connection to DMSI back then. Would be awesome if the reversal of that would make it into the next version! Smile

Also, reversal of hair loss would be great too - although I'm not entirely sure if that's even possible when the hair loss has happened a long time ago. I basically lost most of the hair that I'm missing today in my early 20s already - partially genetic, but to large extend due to major skin problems back then. So hair loss reversal would be awesome if even possible - either as DMSI module or otherwise as separate program.

That is coming. Reading this I realized that I also suddenly have half beard in gray... But I am certainly going to work on reversing any and all negative effects the subconscious enacted to resist previous versions when it comes to 3.3+.

Super, thanks a lot Shannon!

Extending from what I wrote yesterday: Just had my workout session and again compared to last week my progress has been awesome! This was the weeks HIIT session, which last week had me extremely exhausted. Today: Barely got me out of breath until close to the end. Compared to my normal pre-DMSI progress, my progress now is way greater. I'm really sure DMSI is indeed helping here to make me a fitter me faster! Awesome that! Thumbsup

Long time no update here...

I was happy to read that Shannon updated the Ultra Motivation sub to 5.5G standards. And even better, bundled it with Overcome Procrastination. I've been hoping this sub would come for quite a few months, as I could really do with a heavy motivation boost for practising and learning all the skills - mostly music related - that I want to work on. I have lotsa plans for music as a (serious) hobby but also to create a little side income with it if possible (though that would only be an additional bonus). Those plans are there for quite some time now, yet somehow I've never managed to work on them consistently. I've had my phases of being more-or-less motivated, but they've usually been over within a few weeks or even only days. Sooo... what I'm looking for with this sub is a consistent deep inner drive and motivation to get me to put in the work necessary to achieve my goals!

The first week on this sub left me surprised, not in a positive way though. I'm still baffled by the resistance that my subconscious put up against this sub. I basically went through a whole week of a wanking frenzy. When not busy doing that, I've not been working on anything productively either - just watching tv shows or movies or browsing the internet. So yeah, first week was heavy reversal resistance textbook style... And that from a sub that only is supposed to make me practice piano and composition - I have no idea at all what my subconscious is fearing that much here. I didn't even have that kind of response on DMSI ever. Weird...

Meanwhile though things have gotten a bit better - especially today. I've actually begun working on a backing track for that guitar solo that I'm working on and started to record bits and pieces. And I've also started working on transcribing a piece of music, to learn from it composition wise.

I hope this is a good sign and things start to improve from now on...

I am also going through a massive reversal resistance from this sub, doing stupid shit all day procrastinating more than before. I have an important deadline for the next week, brought this sub hoping to get some help but i think it made it worse.

Give it time guys..

Procrastination is still there no sign of improvement for me either. Let's see second week.

Might I remind you, the sub is a set of instructions. It's your choice what you respond with. So the sub didn't "make it worse". You responded to the instructions by resist

RE: Random sub adventures - Sub of the day: UMOP - hsindermann - 08-25-2018

Time for another (short) update after 3 weeks using UMOP. The heavy reversal resistance of week 1 hasn't come back, so that's a good thing. Other than that though I do not feel any increase in drive/motivation so far, and procrastination hasn't really improved either. Feels a little as if being back to the point I started from 3 weeks ago - nothing's happening. The only unusual thing I'm noticing is a need to sleep longer than usual - normally I need 8 hours a night, for the last 2 weeks it was more about 10 hours.

I feel we'd need the A side for this sooner than after 3 months. Sure it's kinda early still with 3 weeks in, but usually I can feel at least something is moving/improving. This one has me feeling no progress at all.

RE: Random sub adventures - Sub of the day: UMOP - ianmarconi - 08-25-2018

Yeah, I made a thread suggesting the side A is needed as most people procrastinate and have motivation issues due to lots of deep self limiting beliefs. This sub gave nothing more then anxiety and fear daily, had massive resistance and end up procrastinating more then ever. @Shannon will say that it isn't the sub but my own resistance, yeah, I get it but we have a practical problem here and the solution seems to be a H&C module. 3 month of using in those conditions is a lot to ask since this time could be well spent in another sub.

I 100% percent agree with you. I am on my 3rd week and so far I have got 0 result of this sub. All the gains I got from MLS on the other hand gone away. There is no calm , centered energy with this sub. All the time I feel restless and doing the least important things first. I feel this sub is a procrastination booster for me so far.

RE: Random sub adventures - Sub of the day: UMOP - Jake2015 - 08-25-2018

Like @jonathan4all and @CatMan you guys know procrastination is also a big big deal for me.

I haven't started um/op but already thought it should have had a healing and clearing for sure.

The most powerful h&c needed and you guys have only made this super clear.

So I back a h&c track A too! That helps us clear and avoid resistance and thus execute.

Reversal resistance. There is no A side because I am trying to see where we are in the state of overcoming the need for an A side. For those of you who need it, there will eventually be an A side. But for now, we are doing an observation to see how the tech is doing.

RE: Random sub adventures - Sub of the day: UMOP - hsindermann - 09-02-2018

Update week 4: No progress with either motivation or procrastination. I'll continue till the next break is due (wednesday) and stop it then if I cannot see any progress.

RE: Random sub adventures - Sub of the day: UMOP - hsindermann - 10-14-2018

Sooo... my plan was to take a substantial break from subliminals for a while. So much for that - decided to help testing the new FRM instead, so USLM here I come. Downloading now. Let's see if that is the solution to most of the problems I had with 5.5G subs.

As this is quite a number of loops to get in, my plan is to listen to 1 or 2 loops via headphones in the evening, and then immediately switching over to my speakers in my bedroom for the remaining loops. That should also improve sleep quality a little - from my experience sleep quality suffers a bit from having the sub running the whole time during sleep.
