Difficulty calibrating speakers - dweller94 - 02-22-2016

So I purchased a new pair of speakers, link is below.

QTX 2 Way 20 W Stereo Speakers with Built-In Amplifier

They're a nice pair of speakers but I seem to be having difficulty calibrating them, frequency response goes up to 22khz it was meant to be an upgrade from my old existing microlab speakers.

Images below are from frequensee

High Volume; 5 on the speakers and 50 on my laptop:

Medium Volume, 5 on the speakers and 16 on my laptop:

Volume from where my bed is with medium volume settings like above:

I can't get the source volume to stay somewhere at -30db, turning down the volume works but I feel the volume won't be enough this is in comparison to my previous speakers I can hear up to 20khz so I know what's comfortable.

A picture from the rear of my speaker is below:

By turning the treble I can get the calibration right but I'm not sure what the treble does to the ultrasonic, it becomes inaudible when it's too low and it still isn't at the recommended usage volume which is -30db it's near enough there but since the ultrasonic tracks fluctuates it drops below -27db...

I was thinking of returning these speakers and getting another pair but I don't want to have the same issue, what do you guys suggest?
