Hey, you should get at least 8 hours. Also, It'll take a lot longer than 15 days to have serious lasting results and changes.

So how long is that? When did you start to notice some changes? I have some social anxiety to get rid of. A few people said this isn't the best sub for it, but I have started it now so I want to finish. My main problem is actually sticking to something. Also when do you know the best time to stop the sub. I see some people do 200 days!

Geodude said his social anxiety was helped greatly by this. The most powerful sub for his social anxiety. Just stick to it for 6 months straight. 5G version is coming out soon, too.

32 days minimum at 12 hrs a day minimum.

RE: Overcoming Fear 1.1 (AM6 Finished & Executing) - dre72 - 01-03-2016

I've done 15 days so far, but I don't feel there have been any effects yet. Should I start my own thread or is fine to continue on this one? Also when shall I report because as I mentioned I haven't felt any different for now other than lots of very very strange dreams with some of them being quite scary. The main reason I am doing this is to overcome my social anxiety and also fear in work. I do sales and I'm good at it, but sometimes I won't ring certain people or procrastinate because I'm scared to do it. A lot of the time I have to ramp myself up by drinking coffee and then I am fine.

Bought OGSF 5G today, because I realized, after reading the following articles, that I do probably have some deep rooted shame in me:

Awesome!

Really looking forward to your posts, man.

OF5G will no doubt help me, I'm trusting Shannon 100% on my need for "focused fear destruction". Both of these, OF5G, and OGSF5G, are incredible and will benefit all of us. Such grassroots programs, can really do a massive amount of garbage removal and aid multi-stages, I have zero doubt in that.

RE: O G S F -- 5 G - dissonance - 02-05-2016

After the past 1.5 days of listening to OF 5G with not that much difference, and no noticeable improvements, and even some resistance and/or emotional turbulence, self-esteem issues, I've now listened to OGSF 5G for 30 minutes by earphones (for the first time in months; I always use ultrasonic), and it feels like some sort of weight and darkness has been lifted away. I'm literally wanting to actually smile. Whereas the rest of the day before OGSF, I was feeling self-conscious, self-loathing, difficult time looking at myself in the mirror, etc. I'm looking at myself in the mirror now as I type this, and it's like my perception of myself has shifted; I'm okay with myself, I like what I see and I like the person that my reflection shows.

It's crazy, not sure if it's placebo; we'll see...

Probably, same here, I thought that I`ve get this rid out of me, but during 5th WM2`s stage my negative thoughts about myself have come back. May be it`s resistance... I hope so. Actually, in this stage negative self image and negative self talk are attacked, maybe this is the reason, I`ll see. If it doesnt`s pass away, I`ll use this sub for sure. Smile

Any way, goog luck, mate! Smile

RE: O G S F -- 5 G - Bliss - 02-05-2016

RE: O G S F -- 5 G - dissonance - 02-05-2016

Bliss, what was your level of self-esteem, self-confidence, social-anxiety, self-love before you started OGSF?

Honestly... Low. To most people on the outside I look confident but that was just the mask I was presenting to the world (even started to fool myself a little). But deep down there was this constant pain of feeling not good enough. These last few months I've really worked on self love and healing old wounds and this program is helping a lot
