RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - timc2011 - 02-14-2016

I like these threads where the workings are set out. Even as something is running like a charm, at some point I'm going to try to sneak a look under the hood (open Pandora's box, etc.). One quick thought that I'd advance is that while customization helps, I think it would likely follow the law of diminishing returns (unless you're expressly seeking a Manchurian Candidate-type effect Wink). I'll throw out three ideas that are just my own, might or might not have any standing or relevance:

* As a precondition, a subliminal message must be intelligible to the listener as translatable into speech-acts and behaviors that have some real significance in one's life (i.e. this isn't an escape into a movie/book) and one's community/life.

* Repetition and consistency are the principal mechanisms through which any message is to be imprinted on the listener as such as would lead to behavior modification of any kind (this relates to entrainment, hypnosis etc;

* Because language and, to some considerable extent, identity are social constructs, mutable and adaptive, a highly effective sub would be one that has effectively mastered the language of the community in terms, semantics, syntax ... archetypal references ... in short, it would present a picture of the change being sought in relation to a generally accepted context/reference/picture (i.e. in preference to something that reminds the listener that he/she is the one being addressed, although clearly that would have some impact).

This is out of left field, but I tend to see the subs like fractal sets, with some like ASC at the top, others, more particular, being seen more close up. Oversimplified, of course ...

Kinda lost the train of thought ...

what can we expect from the body-brain balancer aid?

Is its goal to synchronize the body and the brain, or to balance each the body and the brain individually?

I'd like to know more on its goals!

The BBBA is not done being "discovered". It's being designed to try to help solve (or at least help) a particular set of challenges, and I don't fully understand what it needs to be yet. So I can't fully say yet.

So far it works on balancing the activity and chemistry of the brain and body, and I just added negative stress relief and some elements of emotional healing to it, along with a safety limiter, some optimizers and a couple other things. I'm probably going to be adding an emotional and physical pain reliever to it in the next version, and a Self Optimizing Amplifier. It may evolve from there as well.

What is being designed to help with specifically is something I am not at liberty to discuss right now. I can say that when it's done, it should be very useful for a lot of people.

The goal is to balance the brain and body to achieve as close as possible to the function of a brain and body in perfect health. It's goal, ultimately, is to neutralize imbalances that are resulting in issues, and train you to make those balances permanent.

I am on AM 6 Stage 5.

I am a vegetarian and I am finding the subliminal overwhelming to process, possibly due to a diet lacking in proteins? Any particular advice here and recommendations here? I lack energy throughout the day and get very little work done, productivity is at my lowest.

Also, the stress right now is overwhelming, it's like I have little control of myself. Meditation is helping a little, any other tips to manage it?

I am not going to stop or run other subliminal because it is not a permanent solution. I want a permanent one.

Edit:

I read your tips for anti aging that you have written in a different thread.

I had one more question regarding this:
Quote:Keep your blood sugar relatively steady during the day.

How to do it? Due to the stress I am having to take a piss every two hours or so. Sometimes hourly. But to hell with it, I am not going to a doctor or taking medicines, I am committed to natural lifestyle, and I have seen up close what medicines do to a person.

Thanks

same with me i am vegan i had to eat so much during am

Keeping blood sugar and insulin levels low is crucial. I've been on a high fat, low carb diet for over four years now. I don't eat bread, or any high GI carbs. I try to be ketogenic most of the time. It's made a big difference to me.

Not sure what your foods macros are but warrior food is a decent all vegan protein. I really like the quality. It is expensive and doesn't taste as good as dairy based proteins, but it also doesn't seem to contribute to food allergies or stomach problems. There are other vegan based proteins but I haven't tried them. I keep wishing I could find a halfway affordable insect protein.

Hey thanks man, I am grateful for the suggestion, this keto diet exactly fits my needs, I have been checking it out like crazy, I will get back in a little while on my journal with the foods I am going to eat and delete, please also comment on it. By the way I have been checking out a site called ruled(dot)me which is a community dedicated to that diet, also have their forums, suggest everyone to check it out.

How are you all guys faring on your daily energy levels? Would love to know the exact details.

I've actually got more energy now. It might take a week or two to get your body to switch from sugar burning mode to fat burning mode, but it's well worth the effort. The cravings gradually fade away. I hardly feel hungry most of the time because my blood sugar level is fairly low and constant. I'm burning fatty acids and ketones for energy instead. Before I went on this diet I used to feel hungry a lot of the time and quite tired, because my sugar level was going up and down so much. When I eat now it's good protein, fat and maybe some slow carbs (very low GI). I also sleep better at night, because there's nothing worse than sugar/insulin to give you a shallow sleep that leaves you feeling shattered in the morning.

I eat alot of carbs

Is dairy prohibited or something? I am okay with eggs and milk.

They're not prohibited on a low carb, high fat diet. Some very strict Paleo people might not eat dairy. I personally eat lots of eggs, milk, cheese, whey protein, even cream etc. All high quality protein/fat and don't worry about cholesterol in eggs: every cell in the body needs it. Natural saturated fat is also good for you, especially coconut oil and grass fed butter. The things to avoid like the plague are trans fats, sugar, high GI carbs, chemical additives and processed food. The only exception being if you are lactose intolerant, where you might have to avoid some dairy. Eggs really are the perfect protein.
