How many hours a day are you listening, and what stage? Have you finished a full run before? Is this AM6?

It's AM6. I've finished. This was my third run. I listened 8 hours per day at ~30db output at the source. I shut down completely during my run and basically let my life go for 6 months and have only noticed the push to be productive come back again and am noticing the compulsion that causes me to run Stress Relief at the end of my second run.

Either try using one of the masked tracks, or try lowering the volume on the ultrasonic.

E2 has me wondering if maybe the pill pushing quacktor who diagnosed me with bipolar was accurate in her diagnosis....

Last week was cripplingly painful. Weekend was euphoric. Now it's numb. I think I'm on week 3 of e2. Haven't been keeping track of hours nor this forum.

I feel like I missed a lot lol. Glad to see you've got the technology churning out like butter, Shannon!

Thanks for the hard work.

Hey Shannon I had a question

I think I remember, correctly me if I'm wrong, that a subliminal affects your subconscious during different periods of sleep. I was wondering if a Subliminal affects you while your in the REM state of sleep? I'm assuming yes since I think you have said that dreams usually mean that you are processing some of the subliminal and I know dreams occur during REM state. I'm just wondering if during that time of REM state are you are you still receiving input from the sub (if your running it at night) or does REM state just process the suggestions. Hope I made my question clear. Thanks in advance.

The only point during any part of the day where it is questionable whether or not you are receiving the subliminal instructions is when your brain is cycling through the Delta state during sleep. In Delta, it all but shuts down and you focus on healing and repairing the body, as far as I understand. But REM is done during Theta and Alpha states. So yes, you are receiving and processing subliminal input during REM sleep.

@Shannon I've noticed that my hair is becoming thinner on the top of my head, I woke up the other day and noticed I could see my scalp. My hair always looks thick, never has my scalp been this visible. This sh*ts got me worried, there can't be a link can there to my hair thinning and the sub?

The sub is designed to adjust your body chemistry to make you sexier. Is losing hair sexy?

Speaking as an experienced cueball (started losing my hair at the ripe old age of 15), as far as I know Type A male baldness is often related, and can be amplified, by intense testosterone production; so yeah, 'em hormones could be possibly speeding the process up a bit, potentially.

If anyone's worried about hairloss, just do this and you're set:

The same thing happened to me as well. Thinning of hair, more baldness and some greying as well. Got scared and quit v1. I hope it is adjusted in v3.1 so male pattern baldness is not an unintended consequence.

Which versions did you run?

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Shannon - 11-16-2016

If the instruction set is to adjust your body chemistry to make you sexy, and you start losing hair as a result, what does that logically tell you?

I am including a module to prevent negative side effects in 3.0 already, but you have a choice. If there is a correlation, it would be:

Maximum testosterone/pheromone production
Keep your hair.

That bald guys are sexy?

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - dweller94 - 11-16-2016

Okay, I get that but keep your hair sounds good, if there is a prevent side effects module in v3 I'm all good. Didn't happen on any other versions of DMSI but I'm stopping till v3 to see if there is a link, also reassessing the products I'm using for my hair.
