I need to change this, rescript my mind so that I function in the day at my best and sleep at night as nature intended.

perhaps my night owl is due to me believing the night is quiet and serene, or perhaps its a false belief and really is simply a bad habit that I created which I think could be the real case, or even a far bigger truth could be that this is a safety net and in actual fact I believe am a night owl when perhaps all I am is a day time procrastinator?

I however do know that I am working now at night because I have wasted all day avoiding work, fear probably and now must work!

so any insights and help please to see what you all think?

Night owl syndrome is an attempt by the subconscious to avoid doing what it does not want to do by giving you the excuse that you can't do it because you sleep when it should be done, or something along those lines. I know, because I used to do this all the time.

E2 sounds like a good choice.

Shannon, does 5.5G subliminals reduce the optimal usage time to see results?

I am specifically thinking of AOSI. If 2 hours is enough to get people great results as many have reported, would 10-16 hours be overkill in this case? Are the short gaps in 5.5G subliminals sufficient to prevent overload after many hours of exposure?

Depending on various factors, it does require significantly less exposure time to achieve optimal results with 5.5/6G.

I don't yet know what constitutes overkill for AOSI, as I have not been able to get enough correlative data from the models yet that is worthwile. Not everything I get from the models is valuable data; the data have to pass specific tests to be considered valid and worth considering. So far it has been challenging to get such data on that topic.

The gaps are there to optimize your ability to input and process the subliminal data without overloading, and maximize effectiveness.

I was in university for my bachelors back in 2014 and i had the same situation as you. The only sub that really helped me shift my entire schedule was EPRHA 2.0. I don't know exactly what blockages or whatever it helped heal, but i can work day or night now and my productivity has risen. That was NOT the case before. 90% of my work (business work as well) would be between 9pm and 6am. Yes, for several days of the week I would literally stay up the whole night. I recall my roommates sleeping and waking up to me in the living room saying "Wtf, you're still awake?!"

Just use E 2.0 man. That's all i have to say. It's resolved so many issues for me it's not even funny, and *almost* unbelievable at this point.

Fantastic! I was confused what sub to try and many advised that I do E2 as they also said my procrastination was based on fear. What you have just said has blown me outta the park! Its not only perfect for my situation but has given me the much needed FAITH and hope that this is the very sub that I need all along!! If you have the time could you kindly explain how you listened, was it 1 hour on day 1 and built to 8hours? for how many days and if possible what complete change/cleansing/results you experienced. It would be much appreciated!

I am not necessarily going to upgrade everything to 6G. Some things, that would be vast overkill for.

I spent the last 2 years developing 6G specifically so that there would be no need to develop any more generations of technology, and I could stop developing and start building. Basically, trying to develop 6G to be all of what is possible to achieve and do with subliminals. So it seems unlikely that there will be any 7th generation of the technology.

Sounds so Awesome and Promising! and yes whatever you feel is best to upgrade will have us all waiting in anticipation for sure.

But that doesn't mean you will stop after 6G and not keep an eye on any tweaks that need doing (such as is apparent with MLS 5G) or disappear from your friends here right?

ps: Whatever happens please do think about making a great super sub for school/uni etc and also a super learning sub with MLS whenever you deem fit.... or a combined ultimate sub lol I'm excited just thinking about it haha

Fantastic, thank you so much, another vote of confidence for E2, its clearly the right sub for me to use now and to use fully and get my inner garbage cleaned out. Im really happy you advised me and suggested a sub Shannon and that it happens to also be E2, thank you and thank you for also explaining this night owl tendency which while productive at times, is not a viable long term option for success Smile)

A recent thought

The greatest of all time Muhammad Ali, (boxer) passed away and the tributes are coming in. This man had no subliminals, he had nothing and yet he got on and did what he needed to, in the most brutal of professions at the most disgusting of recent times, facing fear at every turn.

I live in the now, I have not half of the struggles that man had and yet I can't seem to get up and do things. Why is this the case? (and this is for others here in the same predicament).

Another thing I would like to add is a string of dreams I'm having since I have started using the AOSI sub, and I feel it's linked to the OGSF module that's in the sub related to Goal#2.

Like you said the second goal of the sub is important you need to have the correct level of (self worth, self liking, self love, self validation, deservingness, self support, self confidence, OGSF etc) in order for maximum success.

So the dreams go like this I am in awkward/uncomfortable social situations which would induce GSF where I am like with guys and girls and we are about to part ways but I make moves on my own for the fulfillment of my desires. In one night I have had like 3-5 of these encounters in my dream that I can remember where I know exactly what to say and what to do to keep things going, I am aware it is a dream but it's almost like real life situation getting me prepared for what is to come and what is going on at a deeper level.

It's like now I consciously know that part of me is being developed in order to be congruent with the effects I am getting from Goal #1.

Shannon first of all thanks for AOSI. If I am not wrong, MLS 5G is the first sub, users are reporting not working significantly. You have never kept undone any sub if it does not serve the purpose as far as I know . You have taken action immediately to upgrade the faulty or less powerful sub. You upgraded LTU, BASE 4G and BASE 2 to BASE2.1 and one aphrodisiac almost immediately. I wish you will do same with MLS and upgrade it as an insane brutal learning sub for all of us. Overcome Procrastination 4G has had issues being effective for a long time.

I don't mean to hone in or anything, as MLS 5G having trouble is also an issue, just mentioning the sub.

I'm only about 12 days into listening but the change so far as been pretty intense.

I always knew that staying up so late wasn't the best for me. It was even worse trying to find food. I live in an area where everything is spread out, so if i want something good it either has to be purchased during the day or i'm forced to settle for fast food. I don't cook, so yeah, that was an issue.

I do between 8 - 16 hours of listening each day now. I try to max it out each day because some new insight seems to pop up during the latter half the day when i listen a lot. It's been pretty exciting.

Regarding clearing and blockages I have attracted some high end, deep pocket buyers who have been buying up like a storm. It was a group who have been buying from me, so I'm literally over booked on my traffic services. I've even increased the prices on my site and I still get lots of sales, so that's a very good sign.

I can think more about the past now and not feel the sting of emotional events. I can look at the events logically and disconnected, which is what I've been wanting for a while. It's hard as sh!t to reflect over a deeply emotional situation where tempers flare, but now that I can reflect over the situations from a more mature viewpoint...let's just say that I can't quantify how much better it feels. It's just really really amazing that it's happened, and I'm grateful for it.

Another good sign of subconscious clearing is that I think I've attracted a partner after a 3 year dry spell (it felt like eternity, honestly). I was talking to a potential customer over skype and the conversation went on for ages. I've spoken to clients for hours on end sometimes, but this felt a bit different. 5 hours later she said she really liked me and wanted to see where things go for us. I was pretty much just shocked that it was so damned unexpected. Here I am trying to wheel in a customer for a sale, and yet she turns out to be a potential partner for me. We're both pretty blunt in conversation so we just laid everything out; the good, the bad and the ugly. It was mutual interest right off the bat, so we'll see what this turns into.

So E 2 has at least helped me remove blockages in attracting a partner. All the AYP users might want to key in on that.

I must admit though that my current experience is sort of a one-two punch of my Rejuvenizer and E 2. I felt some remarkable change while wearing the Rejuvenizer for the first time (im pretty sure it cleans and enhances your aura so your intentions manifest easier) and then the flood gates opened when i started E 2. Let's just say, though, that i almost never take off my Rejuvenizer. It's pretty much part of my life long term, as are Shannon's subs.

Only 12 days into E 2 and I'm already seeing such drastic change. I can only imagine what 1 - 3 months of use will bring. I hope the momentum of insight and results doesn't stop.
