On Stress Relief 5G I was relaxed enough to study, focus, and learn really well and take action on my goals, and while I love that men and women are deferring to me because of my Alpha energy or whatever unconscious influence I'm exerting, I've found it harder to take a lot of action.

Is it okay if I run Stress Relief at times when the stress becomes really really bad? I notice I calm down significantly after only 5 minutes of Stress Relief 5G.

There is a good answer to your post. Basically, there is stress growing into an alpha male. It's usually based in fear. That stress is frequently used by the program to empower your growth. Turning it off, you actually lose a lot of your motivation for growth and then it's easy to sink into comfortable oblivion and... not grow.

So don't try to turn it off, and don't use anything else with the program.

Maybe this is a difference between personalities, but I've always stressed about stuff, and the more I stress the less action I'm able to take, and the less energy I have. Only now on EPRHA2 and after reading a book that emphasizes small, constant action over time, I'm able to take much more action and I'm approximately 1 000 000 times as productive as on AM or otherwise. For me, less stress = easy action, more stress = mental loops going on overdrive, no action.

I have always seemed to be rather resistant to subs. I have never really been able to say for sure that any of them have done something for me though I still continue to use them(Not blaming the subs at all). My question is regarding the new EHPRA 2.0. I have been on it for 44 days now and I am noticing a BIG increase in the pull to be on social media. It was already a pretty bad habit of mine before this but lately it has just been ridiculous. Literally wasting away almost entire days on it at times. Could this be a form of resistance to the subs programming? Like the technology in this program is more advanced than the others ive used so my subconscious is doing all it can to stall me? I have never experienced such an incredibly addicting pull to it before

That does sound like an effort at resistance. It will pass, but what are you trying to resist and avoid?

Specifically? I dont know. I just feel like for the first time in my sub use history I am consciously becoming aware of my subconscious trying to resist the programming in the form of something I am doing. Before it just seemed like I stonewalled most everything. Im thinking its may be a good thing

I'm exactly the same way, especially the mental loops that constrict creative problem solving and finding new approaches to problems.

Stress Relief worked really well for me so I'll trust that AM6 will be the same and try and find some alternative ways to relax.

That sounds amazing, I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis, this could really help me. I have found great benefit in adjusting my diet, so I'm off all meds, but some inflamation is still present. Cant wait for this sub!

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - SouthPaw - 04-20-2016

Shannon my skin got a bit dry and I was thinking of using the acne 3g sub because is has statements like "my skin is at peak health. Becoming healthier..." etc. Will it be of any help even if acne is not the problem?

One thing to consider is that AM6 does not induce and use all forms of stress. It naturally induces stress as a consequence of pushing you out of your rut, and then uses some of those stresses to grow, but not all of them. Case in point, when you realize how much you've let people walk all over you and you get sick of it and angry, it's a motvator for change. But resisting the program out of fear, that's an entirely different kind of stress, and the program in it's current form does not use that to empoer the program. In it's current form, the only solution for that is... keep going.

Resistance out of fear isn't helping. Getting upset because you're fed up with crap, that helps. Big difference.

Well, part of the design of EHPRA 2.0 is to use all available options to make you aware of what is going on so you can consciously and subconsciously make the change. So yes, it is a good thing.

I've got a couple people testing it for RA. Which is primarily why I am adding an anti-inflammatory. The key now is to keep the wording as effective as possible and make sure it's not interrupting anything in a negative way. But take heart, we are getting there.

The only way I can know the answer to that question is if you tell me. It's 3G, we don't offer 3G anymore, and I can't do testing to see.

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - K-Train - 04-20-2016

Shannon you mentioned that AOS will be (hopefully) entering into the testing phase. Is the new version going to amplify:

1. The strength of the aura itself
2. Issues that may block generation of the aura
3. User awareness of the program effects

For #2, do you think it would still be wise for users to run a sub like EPHRA prior to AOS simply because the new AOS will not be able to handle deep issues that may/may not be holding a person back? (ex.) fear, guilt, deservedenss(sp?), shame, etc.)

For #3, I ask about it because of male pattern blindness which could be a reason for the perceived (or actual) lack of results others saw with prior incarnations of AOS.

I am still for aura of sexiness havi g multiple modules & being combined withBIATBWS. Modules like having a gorgeous aura/vibe/energy, self-esteem, sex appeal, popularity, etc...

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - THolt - 04-20-2016

Shannon, I have a question regarding the cycle you are going through. I know you mentioned before but specifically how is the cycle affecting subliminal development?

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - SouthPaw - 04-21-2016

Shannon I have the 3g acne sub and I am willing to give it a try but I am worried that I might resist it as fuck and wake up in the morning with acne all over...Is this possible?

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - SouthPaw - 04-21-2016

Shannon I've just read your post on you working on a new AOS and I would like to suggest the following:

1. Prevent envious and fucked up people from trying to harm you in anyway

2. STD protection and the other protections you added in SM like women tricking you to get pregnant etc.

3. Be able to somehow control the Aura and not it controlling you. Meaning if you don't feel like being looked at and just left alone then so be it, because it gets annoying and uncomfortable if you don't feel like it. Another example is you go to the doctor and they start acting all weird and stuff and you start worrying if they might fuck up.
