You and me both man. Congrats on the E2 run, I'm jumping back over to it after AM6. Those thought patterns are the worst. I've had a lot of luck with focusing on positive thinking more. Maybe it's just me but I find it nearly impossible to let go of worry or fears, but if I focus on the positive and shift my mindset it's much easier. Easier said than done though. It's all about catching that initial thought before you start the chain reaction that inevitably leads to the downward spiral.

How is your feeling compare to before you had started e2 and after using ehpra for 19 months? Massively better?

If you could take visual snapshot of my "State" before and after it would show a big difference.

However the changes in E2 across a period of time do not appear big, this is because they change slowly and subtly overtime.

There is are a few things I was hoping E2 would "fix" but it doesn't seem like it has, however it is very hard to compare how I would have felt about these same things before I started.

I know I sound very vague but that's how it feels for me, I don't feel any "Night and Day" changes but I do know that I have made some huge subconscious changes.
