Refresher Stage - Subliminal Fatigue? - Jakeb203 - 07-16-2015
Been using BASE refresher for a while. The result is pretty phenomenal, getting much done in very short amount of time, along with accuracy and precision.
One thing that puzzles me is what Shannon mentioned in the past about subliminal fatigue. Basically what he said was, if you use the refresher for too long, say over 6 months, you can experience subliminal/subconsicous fatigue. I beg for a more precise explanation because I plan on using this stage on long term and want to know the potential drawbacks so I can adjust my listening plan accordingly.
